Last summer, I finished up mine. The screen is 100" (via DLP Projector), and I have four big auto-reclining Berkline leather chairs. With NFL Sunday Ticket and HD, Sundays were a little piece of heaven. :)
Well, other than the Broncos sucking.

Good work, Dom. Mind if I ask which model projector you went with and if you are happy with it? I've been doing recon for about a month now, and may be in a position to pull the trigger once I figure out how much I'm getting back from the government this year.

I got the Optoma HD80. It's nothing short of spectacular. I got it through Projector People. I had heard good things about them, and they were as cheap as anyone I found.
I had worried about seeing rainbows from the DLP. So far, not a person has mentioned that they've seen any. Oh, and I was recommended a screen that was about 40% in price of the standard screens I had been seeing (it's made in China). I figured at that savings, it would be worth a shot. Well, I couldn't be happier - the thing is solid and the screen itself is of high quality.

Speaking of projectors..I just got myself the Panasonic PT-AX200. Had a Sanyo PLV-Z3 before. The Pana is awesome. I was about to buy a Plasma or LCD TV, but then I played Ace Combat 6 , and it was very clear from that moment on, that anything below 100 inch would not be acceptable anymore:D
I built the screen myself. Looks great, high quality, cheap, easy and fun to build. With a black DC-Fix frame which enhances the contrast quite a bit.
