Javon is not going to need microfracture. There was no structural damage done to his knee when he got injured this year. Once it heals up it'll be right back to it's 2006 form.

I am glad you saw the medical exam and speak with the Doctors. Seeing as you are so adamant. I will go with what the Ortho said, and he said Javon may need Microfracture down the road. Thus thats the future.
