LOL - I thought it was funny. I was pretty sure he was a SR - but had to check it out.

Nope thats an easy mistake. Foneco and the fact he got mad about us making fun of it made that gold.
I hope he gets drafted before 12 comes around. Please get drafted before 12 comes around.

Foneco gave him a call and told him he should probably just sit tight another year, even though he's a senior.

I don't think he realized why we were laughing. In fact I still think he doesn't get it.

I would rather draft any other player in the top 30, including quarterbacks.

All Rivers does is clean up after Rey and Sedrick destroy the play. He does not initiate, he covers.

Keith gets a lot of grief around here, but I really don't understand it.
I wouldn't want him to be drafted at #12, but he's a blue chip guy, a good leader and is pretty athletic. I'm not sure if he has the instincts and the "it" factor to be an awesome linebacker, but he's probably one of those guys the Broncos are going to jerk off to because of his superior athleticism. He's deserving of a top 20 pick.
Anyhoo, I think Denver will look in other directions at players such as Philip Wheeler and Shawn Crable; who have the ability to blitz and cause havoc on opposing offenses. Seems like Slowik's scheme tends to emphasize those sort of things, and I'd venture to say that Rivers isn't the best blitzer.
I'd also prefer for the Broncos not to draft a LB in round one, considering the depth there. The same could be said at other positions like WR and RB too because of the plethora of talent; but I wouldn't be disappointed.

Req, it looks like Wheeler had a solid weigh-in this week. If he's able to maintain 245, he could take a jump up the board.
