I really like Adibi speed and ability to cover and blitz. I thing he is up to about 236 pounds and would make a good second round pick. I think he is better than Gold was in his prime.

Adibi will be far better than Ian ever was. The guy is just a absolute beast.

I'd describe him as a sure tackler.

A good tackler that's old as balls. He's like 24.

Pros: A very athletic linebacker who is quick and fluid dropping back into coverage. Reads the quarterback well and has good hands. Gets good depth on drop backs. Overall a great playmaker with good ball skills in coverage. Has a good motor and sideline to sideline range. Can evade blocks to make tackles and is a decent blitzer.

Cons: Somewhat undersized and uses a finesse game rather than a physical one. Cannot fit in every scheme, especially those that asks him to take on blocks and may fall as a result. Struggles a lot with shedding blocks and isn't stout vs. the run. Durability is somewhat of a concern. Strictly a WILL linebacker.

Projected Round: 2nd

IF he gets/got bigger, I love the dude as a player. I'm just concerned that his size will give me...yes...Ian flashbacks if he doesn't bulk up.

This is a very, very rich year in WLBs (even more so now that Hayes declared). We'll have a really solid choice of them even if we wait till 2 to pick one (assuming ofcourse DJ stays at MLB and is not moved to WLB...which may or may not happen, who knows.....I wonder what Slowik's thoughts on the LBs will be).

I'm interested to hear your takes on the LB's. Granted, LB is one of the hardest positions to grade in my opinion but you are an east coast football fan and there is a plethora of talented loaded into the ACC... out of all the LB's, which one's do you like the best out of Henderson, Adibi, Hayes, Gooden, Hall and Wheeler?

Feel free to chime in with Rivers and Davis as well since you live in Socal...

In fact, you don't state enough opinions about the players you like. I think you are holding your cards close to the vest for this years forum mock draft. :)
