:(
I root for them to win, I really do. I know that when I look at it realistically, it is good that they lost, for drafting purposes.
But tonight was crap. Merry Christmas to nobody.

Merry Christmas to one and all... and I mean Merry Christmas not that Happy Holiday crap.
I have been a Broncos fan since 75 and have never been so disappointed in my team as this year especially these last several games.

I'd have rather had the win but what's done is done. I'm scared of the game Sunday. The Vikings may not have to throw a pass to win this one.
Gutless and heartless. Probably the worst team collectively that i've seen Denver field in my active time of rooting for the team.
Even the 94' team played with some pride.
This team quit about 10 games ago and it shows.
I hate 2/3's of this roster. SAD but true. They can't even get up for a team that was intent on talking trash and rubbing our face in it.
That's about the size of it but there is a spark there too however dim.
There are some good players on this team.

I saw Travis Henry get bowled over like a rag doll
I saw Ernster shank an 18 yard punt -- then do it again the next time
I saw OT Lepsis so unable to block his man that he had to grab a face mask
I saw TE Graham called for a stupid off sides that probably killed a series
I saw Nate Webster miss tackles by a country mile -- by so much it hurt to watch.
I saw Javon do squat -- No chemistry with Jay -- No speed -- No rythmn -- Absolutely nothing. Zero.
I saw Cutler look off balance -- most of the game --
I've never seen Denver look so bad -- not ever.

Maybe 1999 but I agree this year has been really tough to watch. Now we have to listen to Dolt fans pile on us while we are down then say they just want to talk some football. Don't worry Broncos will bounce back and we will get are revenge on Rivers and the Chargers someday. The bad news is it may not be next year either as this team has some serious, serious issues.
The thing that bothers me is that they are so unable to standup and fight... to defend themselves. We have to sit here and watch a few of our players like Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall and some on defense try to compete against 53 other players. It's made worse when the other team is openly mocking our team and a bunch of those players that actually play well for our team... our should have if the OLine could do anything right.
"After the Chargers' 23-3 victory Monday night at Qualcomm Stadium, safety Clinton Hart said Cutler and the Broncos, who will not be participating in the postseason, had little reason to put on a good show. Cutler threw for an uninspired 155 yards, completing only 14-of-32 passes for a poor quarterback rating of 32.7.
"A young guy coming in like that, I think he didn't really want to be out there," said Hart, whose interception at the 1-yard line stopped Denver's first drive of the second half. "It seemed like he was lackadaisical about a lot of his throws. They didn't have nothing to play for. Some guys just want to make it through without getting hurt."
"
While Jay didn't have the best game, one hopping a bunch of passes, IT was the OLine which totally let him down this game.
Incomprehensible. We better make it our #1 objective this offseason to inject this line with some talent, some angry pissed off mother******* that will be willing to rip somebody's head off and $hit in the cavity. I'm tired of watching some of these soft ass players out there just hanging on to their careers while our QB hangs in the balance (Pears and Lepsis).
Lepsis has had the worst year just because there were expectations for him. Pears wasn't so much of a letdown, I never expected much from the guy. Matt though... that scumbag robbed Denver this year. He should be cut out right before the Minnesota game for his lack of play.
We better think long and hard about where this team is going and devote some talent to the trenches. In the land of 6'6", 320lb beasts running full speed into one another, we're throwing out 6'2", 280lb players. And its a wonder why we are losing and getting embarassed in the process.

Just ask them if they remember Sid Gillman...because theyd have to to remember the last time they won anything.

Well, one thing is for sure.....us out of town, non-dish owners won't be subjected to more than one prime time embarassment next season....if this team even warrants that at this point.
After that performance, I wouldn't be surprised at all if Denver gets blanked on SNF & MNF appearances next season.

That was without a doubt the worse line play I have seen in awhile...it was ugly

RT has been a problem for sometime. Even Foster would have been better than Pears. Are there no Oline coaches who can coach or find a player? I say fire all the Oline coaches. Also, I wouldn't give a plug nickle for any FA out there unless they play on the line: O or D.

At least your right guard didn't get an offensive pass interference penalty.

I was in my seat to the very bitter end.
It was tough to take, its going to be a long, cold off season.

Worst Christmas eve ever...I had to watch this game with my Brother who became a Chargers fan for Rivers alone yet has managed to develope man crushs on Igor Olshansky, LT, and Roidman. After getting so frustrated I was about to hit him for talking **** I just turned to him and pulled the celiphane off my ciggerette pack put it upside down on the table and told him that was the Chargers trophy case and if he was going to be a chargers fan he had to except a losing history. He dident say a thing to me the rest of the night, even after Rivers imature tirade on the field.
