Please help a brother out

I apologize that this is in the wrong forum but I need help for tonight's game and exposure is important, so I come to my local bretheren. I am in my Fantasy Football Championship and own Selvin and Henry and need to start one but I cant figure out who? Can anyone give me some local insight as far as touches tonight?

Likely to be about the same number of touches. I'd go with Young. Better YPC and he has been a better player, less injured, if that is possible.....

Think Paladin is right on with that call...I'd go Selvin as well.

League scoring may come into play here as well. I'd lean towards Young, unless your scoring settings don't value yards very much.

If they keep doing what they've been doing, Henry will most likely see the goal line carries and, as a result, is more likely to get TDs.....will probably get fewer yards overall.

Last time Denver played at San Diego they were down are have been down early the last times they played them virtually eliminating the run. I would hate to be in a position where I had to play either of them.

Yeah this is going to be more pass friendly game. although that benefits Selvin Young as well because he is shiftier and can make a screen into a big gain. I think the smart start is Selvin Young.

1 point per 20 yards rushing or receiving
1 point for every 2 receptions

Yikes....only 3 pts per TD. Young is the much better play in that format.
