Not trying to make a B Marshall love fest but something has changed in him in one huge aspect. He is playing through pain and injuries and not letting it effect his play.

Thats pretty huge after last year and especially after this preseason where Shanny basically said get your ass on the field, STAT.

I am pretty sure he played with a stinger or a partial separation last night and still was an impact. Kept seeing guys on the sidelines pulling his arm. Something must have been wrong with a joint or he just had bad gas.

Good to see him learn to fight through the inevitable dings and dents you accumulate as the season goes by.

I love Marshall, he plays hard and never quits.

But at times he can try and do to much.

gutsy performance last night. He is one of the bright spots in our future.

Yes he can do that. Sometimes the bubble screen just isn't going to work. He runs 50 yrds to lose 6.

He is great, but he need to play with his body under control or he will subject himself to more pain/injuries than he should.

On that one play last night he scrambled around then the whole team hit him.

I'm worried about his future as a Bronco. I just hope he doesn't chase $$$$. If so, he'll only be a Bronco until his current contract expires. In a way, he's almost becoming too successful IMO

That why you sign him to a long-term contact befor his current one is over

I can almost guarantee his agent would not let him do that. Why would he do that when he can test the market and get top money? All I'm saying is if he's about getting a payday, he won't be a Bronco.

He better stay on this team...his mentor is on this team...and he owes this team for rilling up the assholes that shot D-Will

He owes the most to the team willing to pay the most.

just because he will want to be paid doesn't mean it won't be here. Name the young up and coming superstar we let get away from the team because of money ?

That was a trade and I would say that worked out pretty well for us.

Maybe Denver should sign him to a big money contract so he doesn't need to test the market. He's earning it.

If the team looks to sign him to a multi-year big money deal and his agents refuses he should fire his agent immediately. 1. Getting the money now vs. waiting until his rookie deal is up would mean that he could invest in sooner thus it has more value than one a year or so down the road would. 2. If he got hurt he would be hung out to dry.

I think the Broncos philosophy on these kinds of deals has always been really sound. The reason the ran into problems with CP was because he wanted to tear up the old deal and get a new one. I believe shanny said repeatedly they would have been willing to "re-work" his deal i.e. add years to it. plus cp was a pretty high second round pick so he got a ok signing bonus. So as long as Marshall is willing to work with the team I don't see why there would be any problems in getting him to sign a long term agreement.

Brandon Marshall will be locked up big time in the offseason. No one they can sign him right now, It's just a huge deal to try and focus in the middle of season.

Within a few weeks of our season ending, B-Marsh will have a monsterous deal.

He deserves a monster deal because he is the total package at WR and if Walker is healthy were basically going to have 2 #1 WR on this team just like the colts

His DUI and other attitude indicators worry me that he could end up getting in trouble. I hope he matures more and really concentrates on being a 10 yr starter in the NFL and not just a flash in the pan.

I sincerely hope the Broncos sign him long term. I'm just not optomistic that will happen.

They could have found a way to have them both.

That was making me nuts. He should let the trainers treat his injuries. Looked like he was walking around asking teammates to "Pull his arm", on one occasion looked like there was a trainer in the background with a puzzled look on his face.

Yeah it might of been one of those cases where its a jammed shoulder or they were trying to stretch something out. Since we only get split second shots we have no clue. Maybe the trainers told him to have teammates do that any chance he got. Or maybe he just had bad gas and pulling his finger wasn't enough.
