I thought we was the only bright spot on defense last night. He looked like he was playing pissed off and was all over the field. I really think he is having a great season. We just need a couple of new guys to help him out.

I was glad to see him correct Abdullah when he was out of position on a goal line stand. Shows he's understanding the defense, not to mention he's becoming a vocal leader out there.
At this point, I don't see the reason to draft a MLB. If DJ wants to stay there, let him.

Abdullah certainly looked like garbage last night.
I'll give DJ props for last night's game. I've bagged on him from time to time, but he certainly stood out on a few plays last night. Still seems to guess and charge into the wrong gap on occasion, but he certainly wasn't the weakest link last night.
Lynch played hard as usual and tried to fire up the troops on a few occasions, apparently to no avail.
And Bly, to me at least, looked pretty good. He gave up some receptions, but I don't think there was much he could do about that, as he was consistently all over his guy and never was truly "burned" from what I could tell.
Champ on the other hand, never really seemed to be that close to his receiver when the ball was in the air. That has me a little troubled. And before anyone else tries to say that there is some "secret" injury they are hiding, I find it funny that nobody ever brings it up after a game like last week when he shuts his guy down. The injury talk only comes up when he has a tough night.
