Justin Fargas vs the Colts
-or-
Clinton Portis vs the Giants

My other options:
Tomlinson
Ryan Grant
both are starting unless somebody (other than Med!) talks me out of it.

Also QB's
Vince Young vs the Queefs
-or-
Derek Anderson vs the Bills. I'm leaning toward Anderson as the Bills are ranked 28th vs the pass, but VY against a shiatty D is intriguing!

Little help please!!!

WR's
Holt(s)
Greg Jennings(s)
Toomer

TE
Dallas Clark(s)
LJ Smith

D
Colts(s)
Giants
Redskins

Why would you start the Giants d and Clinton Portis? Indy Defense.

If I went with Fargas I would go with the Giants D. Portis hasn't done well in recent weeks. But, he provides a nice little outlet as a receiver and this league gives good bonus points for RB's and Receiving yards.

Originally I was leaning toward Portis and the Colts D and Derek Anderson vs the Bills.

But then I stop and think about Portis 2.3 ypc over the past 3 or 4 games. Fargas' success vs just about everyone. Which makes me think twice about starting the Colts D as well. Then I start thinking about Jay Cutler and his 4 TD's and no INT's vs the awful Chef defense... but then the Chefs are at home too.

Btw, we need to root for the Chefs this weekend since we hold the tie breaker with the Titans. Same for the Bills!

Portis
Grant
LT

Anderson

Jennings

Clark

Colts.

Portis- Weather should be rainy/snowy and a bit windy. Should favor Portis with the running game and short passes.

Grant- In doors, good play!

LT- Good weather play

Anderson- Cold, snowy/winter mix, and windy. Doesn't bode well for passing!
Young- Cold, but no mention of wind and the snow will be over in KC. May have to start VY! Thoughts?

Jennings and Clark are both good weather plays.

The Colts are playing in good weather in Oakland. The Giants are going to have poor weather and are facing a replacement QB (Todd Collins). But, if I'm starting Portis it doesn't make sense to start the Giants D. Hopefully the Colts really shut the Faid down. I'd love to see a 10-3 game from the Faid/Colts! Mainly b/c Med has Addai and Wayne. I'd settle on 10 point games from each of them and a 5 point game from Dallas Clark (for me). Afraid that is not gonna happen though!

Grant has been a beast for me the last few weeks. As far as Anderson. I still like him. He is just more accurate than Young at this point and has a much better target in Edwards than what Tenn has to offer Young. I would count on Indy shutting down Oaktown. If GB can shut them down like that than Indy should have zero problems. Yea, Oaklands run defense is horrible so i think Addai is going to run wild out there. Wayne will probably get his usual touches but it will most likely be later in the game. GB came out running first and then Favre caught fire later in the game. Its a tough matchup for you but i really dont like the Portis matchup. I know he historically has good matchups with NY but the Giants are going to concentrate on shutting him down and letting Collins try to beat them.

Getting a little Nervous ;D

Dude, it's just a game and no matter what, you NEVER know how anyone is going to play any given week!

Good Luck Alex.

I'm a little nervous... what of it!!! ;D

True it's just a game, but I have some tough match-up calls.

Portis in terrible weather or Fargas against a team they'll probably end up trailing by 20 in the early 2nd half.

Derek Anderson against a piss poor pass D, but horrible weather w/super strong winds... or a up/down QB (VY) vs a piss poor KC defense in better weather.
