That's a pretty old thread. There opinions might not be any different now, but something more recent would be worth at least a look.

One of their posters made the statement that it was like playing a mirror image of themselves. I'd say the bronco running game is better, in addition to the QB position. The D? If the bronco D comes out like they did against K.City, I'm thinking the broncos win this one. However, will Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde show up for "special teams"? they scare the crap out of me to be honest with their inconsistency sometimes. I'm hoping, they've got it out of their system and will perform to at least a B level or higher...dman

I'm just hoping the Broncos don't have a let down on a short week.

This Texan team can play defense.

Funny, one poster talking about Dumervil against our old friend Salaam:

"He doesn't even have to go around, he can just go between ephraim's legs"

I think this is going to be a close game. I figured we could lose this and the San Diego game, but if our rushing attack is consistent we should be ok. I don't think it will be a blowout either way, though Sage Rosenfels doesn't scare me.

It's crazy. Reading that thread made me think for a second we were kind of good.

We can very easily lose this game on special teams alone.

Agreed. the chicago game solidifies that thought process. Let's hope ST's comes to play...dman

Really looking forward to this game. I think it will be a fun one to watch.

Hopefully we can come out and score quick again like we did against the Chiefs.

they are like our child with Kubiak and Rick Smith running the show.

I cant hate on Kubes and Rick Smith. I wish them the best (except this Thursday!!!)

Am I the only one that can't really drum up any hate for Houston?

Nothing wrong with that. I generally root for them every week. As long as they don't try to steal any talent from us, I'm good with them.

I am worried about ST's also, I saw one play while flipping through NFL Ticket of the Houston game and they had a guy return a kick 96 yards.

I hate cheap TD's off ST's.

Champ has been great against Andre Johnson... I'm sure Andre is looking forward to this matchup.

If history is any clue, I'm sure that Dre Bly will be covering him. ???

In terms of this game, i would love to see Denver keep the ball rolling this week with another big game by Cutler. The matchup that interests me is the playcalling by Shanahan vs. Kubiak. Should be a fun one on Thursday night.

We need to protect Jay thats for sure, they want to come after him.

And them fearing Young puts a smile on my face.

I totally agree even the coaches are torn on this one hell shanny's son is an assistant over there. this could be a let down game for us especially if the teams heart isnt in it. and I dont want to hear the crap about these are professionals out there and feelings and realationships and all this stuff wont matter and maybe if we were a consistant team we could tote that line but the fact is we are about as reliable from week to week as a balsa wood bridge durring rush-hour.

When you're out there on the field, the game moves too quick to be thinking about that bull****...

We're desperately hanging onto a Playoff shot, you must be trippin to think that Shanahan will let up.

Actually if history is any clue, it will be Karl Paymah.
