the comments on the first video say that Ken Dilger is the guy in the White hat during the pep talk in the beginning. He is apparently a graduate of Herritage Hills HS too.

Some critics say Cutler has never won anything prior to coming to Denver. Of course they are wrong. Leading your team to an undefeated State Championship is quite an accomplishment.
