Go Jeff Fisher and the Titans!

Anyways, that Titans dline is something else...that's how a dline is suppose to play...

Merriman is a ****** too. He obviously knew VY didn't have the ball...why even pay attention?

Merriman "shot" was not cheap nor was it intentional. Young ran into him. If it was Dumervil you guys would never have said a thing negative about it. Merriman is a joke AFTER a sack but he is all juice when he attacks. Did I just say "juice"?

rovolution

So critisize the secondary instead of cherry picking stats on Merriman.

Well in most cases, pass rush and the performance of the secondary are directly correlated.

Usually if one is successful, the other SHOULD be...

But in the case of the NE game, it was not.

the point of a pass rush is to help your secondary get more opportunities from foolish decisions by the QB (you should have a lot of experience in this department from watching Rivers in a clutch situation).

So really, what does it matter if Merriman had 2 sacks in a game where the primary reason you lost was that you couldnt stop a passing attack?

If NE beat you with a running game and Merriman had 2 sacks, you comment would have been validated, but for the most part sans a few Merriman sacks and what not, Brady just sat back there with little pressure and picked apart your D.

nothing to be ashamed of though.

NE would have decimated this years Denver squad even given our history against them.
