Hatton was getting picked apart for most of the fight. He made it look like he was doing something with the punches he was throwing, but rarely landed them.

Honestly, the ref didn't exploit anything...Cortez did what he had to do. Mayweather exploited Hatton's game plan. Getting into him and lunching into his arms...

Hatton was getting pissed but Mayweather is a "defensive genious" and he fought a great fight.
