They've limited Croyle to this point, but he has made some pretty throws, and you can tell he wants to really air it out but realizes that this is where he gets into trouble and has looked good in taking what Indy will give him, but talented enough to make a few plays here and there like the pass to Bowe for the TD. Put it where only Bowe could get it. It sure helps to have the most productive rookie WR, and probably 2nd best offensive pickup besided A. Peterson.

Yeah, Priest probably can't handle most of the load week in and week out for the entire season. They moved Bennett b/c the Chiefs are really high on Kolby Smith.

Chiefs D looks sick! Can't tell what is going on with the Colts- it not like the Chargers game where they got numerous turnovers..

If they were high on Kolby, he would've had more than 2 receptions at the point that LJ went down. He'd also be the starter with Priest giving him breathers rather than this attempt at Priest carrying the whole load.

Might have something to do with a Chiefs line that is not protecting the QB that hot and having a QB that is making his 1st start. Priest is very good in pass blocking..

I agree, the draw play on 3rd down is stupid and not it looks like Indy will pull this out, b/c you can't be that conservative against Indy. The D can only keep it up so long b4 they're gonna fatigue.

If you hold them to a FG, huge stop for KC

That still doesn't explain why he had almost no touches until LJ went down. 2 touches through like 8 games doesn't signal "we're high on this guy"

Not so much that Marty walked, but that the replacement coaches were such bad choices. There were probably some coaches out there who might have been able to keep the team on the same page.

But it is all good: Norv in Sandy Eggo, Kiffy in Chokeland, and the Sperm in Mulletsville. I think those three deserve five year contract extensions......

I was very impressed with Croyle's play today. Going on the road to the SB Champs place and putting up good numbers in his first career start. He wasn't scared at all.

19/27 with 169 passing yards, 1 TD, 0 INT's, a 70% completion percentage, and a 99.2 QB rating.

Croyle outplayed Manning today
