Tulo lost out by two points! Tulowitzki and Braun were 1A and 1B in my book. It was a tough call. I wish they tied.

One of the NL voters gave Kyle Kendrick a second-place vote and slotted Ryan Braun as his third place selection. Even that mindless ballot couldn't save Tulo.

I think that's BS, but Braun had a great season. I don't think this is as much of a joke as the Gold Glove. It'd be interesting to see what would have happened with this vote if they could have waited until after the postseason (which makes too much sense for baseball to do it).

I'll tell you this. I wouldn't trade Tulo for Braun in a million years.

Said voter should not get to vote again. That's a joke.

Tulo had a great season but I'd have to give this to Braun. He was in the majors for less time yet still managed great numbers had he been playing the full year.

Tulo got the ring. He should be happy with that.

Yeah, Braun was so awesome he had 26 errors in only 114 games!!! :spit:

There was a reason Braun wasn't brought up until later in the season...it's called cement hands. It's no surprise that he won...voters prefer offensive players.

He'd be a perfect DH.

Third base is not an easy position to play. Braun is actually a good athlete. He used to play short at the University of Miami. He would be fine in the field if the Brewers moved him to left.

A lot of the voters probably dont stay up late enough to see Tulowitzki play.
