Since we are playing KC this weekend, thought this could use a little discussing.

Croyle could replace Huard

Brodie Croyle

The Kansas City Chiefs may soon switch quarterbacks.

Coach Herm Edwards is tired of his team scoring only 13 first-quarter points in eight games, and averaging just 15.5 points per game, 29th in the NFL.

That spark could come in the form of second-year QB Brodie Croyle.

Don't put too much stock into the Star. Adam Teicher probably reported this and he follows the crowds decision. Teicher is not always correct. I want Croyle to get in though. He has much better tools than Huard does. He has mobility and doesn't fall down at the sight of contact, he has an arm, and he has confidence which seperates him from Huard.

In the end this is Carl's choice and if it means winning and keeping the fans in the stands, then Huard is KC's QB

Croyle was abysmal in the preseason. Huard is a starter by default. No way Herm makes the switch this year barring elimination or injury.

I think if we lose this week, he will start next week.

It won't matter a hill of beans who quarterbacks the team if Priest runs all over our joke of a defense...

  Please for the love of all that is holy start Croyle. His first career start oh man our defense could stack 9 in the box. We may even stop the run then

No reason you shouldn't blitz them with Huard in there. He folds like a lawn chair with any kind of pressure. He actually went to the ground untouched in the game vs. Green Bay. Wrapped up in the fetal position before the lineman got there. I agree with everyone. Please start Croyle.

Don't sell Denver's defense short. We can make ANYONE look like Peyton Manning...ROFL!

Frayle should forget about a number on his jersey and just realize this is what every defensive player sees.
