Why does it seem like Cutler never changes the play when the defense shows a blitz, etc. Is it Shanahan's control or Jay afraid to make a mistake or something else? Maybe just being a young QB.

The line played bad yesterday but Jay needs to feel and/or anticipate the pressure quicker than he is.

Haven't you noticed it? He frigging stares at his #1 read and then fires away.
WTF? This isn't JR. High football! That's where I would expect and excuse that type of QB play and behavior.

I think I'll bring a "Hey Cutler, stop staring at your reciever" sign to the next home game!

Audible's, Footwork, and staring down recievers, there is alot of work to be done. Just think if he could do these things, the o would be great.

Kinda hard to do those things when you have a defensive player in you face.

Crap O-line doesn't give this kid time.

Hate to break it to you...Cutler is not the weak link of the offense...not even close...if he had a #1 reciever that would help, if he had something resembling an offensive line in front of him that would help...add it all up, and THEN "the o would be great."

Inconsistency is probably the worst characteristic of an offensive line...other than consistently terrible.
