Rascal left in the "Saturday Night Massacre," with Slap, Tredici and Clockwork Orange. Slap is back, but he doesn't post nearly enough, and Clockwork is still sorely missed - he was one of the 3 or 4 best posters here. Rascal and Shack are missed too.
It's pretty bad to lose several top people at once, while at the same time there's a huge influx of semi-literate disrespectful faceless newcomers. Place really went downhill for awhile there. I suppose it's not their fault they are faceless, but the lack of avatars does make the board a lot less personal :(

Kind of like where I recieved a 2 week ban but no mod could figure out why it happened.
Lets be real for a minute here. I am the first to admit I can be a huge A hole... Yet I have never been banned from the Mane. I guess you have to try or push the envelope to get banned here.

Correction: Tredici hasn't posted since June. Her last post (dated June 27) indicates that her decision to permanently leave the Mane had already been made. I would use the term "her" rather loosely in this case. Try not to scare too many kids in that ridiculous getup on Wednesday, Blue. That sheer material you promised could equal a nasty case of hysterical blindness in some of the more sensitive trick or treaters.

When Tred left the board as a poster, she was logging back in periodically to check her PMs. Since Blue couldn't keep her pasty, ugly face out of Tred's business, you can thank her for driving Tred away from the board completely and irrevocably.
PM me your e-mail address and I'll forward it to Tredici. That way Blue Flatulence can't monitor the content of your conversation.

seems there is a bunch of this going around ... ban for no reason , no mod will own it , and then when you go through the polite way of asking why or who through PM's and not going all public and make a stink of it in a thread like they ASK if you do say something questioning them in a thread ... you get we can't / won't help you ,and there is no way to tell what mod banned you , even T.J. can not tell who bans someone if i am told right .... so basically anytime you say anything even if it is something as simple as asking a question or making a personal opinion and in no way even comes close to a rule issue , keep in mind that if a mod decides to be petty , rude or just feels like Fing with you ... you will be banned and you will not be helped ..
from banning me for no reason ,and insulting/cursing at me in the ban message .... to changing my user notes to insults even if it is one i posted myself .... if you are not liked by someone in the higher ups here be forewarned ...

Well, TJ seems to want to keep this a family-friendly place as another poster pointed out.
I would venture to guess that unless you consistently act like a colossal douche (like Slap always does)....that you won't get banned, for the most part.
There's no place here for the god damn hatred that that **** head spews out.....;D

starting a few months ago , i started a thread in the main board about eas and it was football related , it wasn't off season mode yet , and it was moved to OT ... i ask why it was moved in the thread ... AND BOOM i was banned with the ban message saying and i quote .... if you don't like it tought $hit ..
Then the week of the super bowl , i was banned for putting a thread in the main board that i admit was OT , but there was 100s of ot's in the main board after our season was over ..with the ban message put threads in the right friggin forum .. and sence then it has been non stop , from someone deleating all the user notes i had , to even changing the note i added MYSELF after others was deleated to " you are a homo" ...
i do not think i am outa line to bring this to the rest of the boards attention sence i tried for more then a month to resolve this through PM's .. Like me or hate me that is totally not fair and i think whoever is doing this should own it , and fix it ... insted of hiding behind your anon ....

Well, if this is all true.....then I would agree that that doesn't seem right. However, at the end of the day, this is a private message board....and the owners can do whatever they please....whether it is popular or not.

Just FYI - ANYONE can change User Notes. That's why they're so entertaining!
For a period of about three months awhile back, User Notes were DANGEROUS! And the biggest offender was that bastard, Pez. He's evil with a capital EVE!
So, your user notes were very likely changed by someone screwing with you. I seriously doubt it was a mod. With the exception of Pex (E-VIL), mods are way too mature to screw with User Notes.
Sadly, the User Note fad passed when images kept getting turned on and off in them. They brought great entertainment for awhile? Am I right, BroncoBuff, or am I right? :laugh:

yea i figured what was the point so deleted them ... user notes aint the prob here ... it is the mod who is banning me for no reason and then hiding behind their anon

and this was by no means a attack on this place , the mods , or T.J. ,this is the best place i have been to read up on my team , and i enjoy the OT banter of people who share the same hobby if i agree with them or not ... and no mod or T.J. has ever been unfair to me in person "non anon" .... if anything the ones i have delt with in person have BEEN lenient with me in the cases i was at fault and they just spoke to me about it and moved on , that was just the time i got into it with Alec over handicapped kids and i blew my top at alec , and a posted a story that had some info in it T.J. didn't want here ... totally fair and i have 0 prob with being told...
whoever this is , is just someone i guess a mod /admen who with the anon that comes with that is having a little jackal and hyde fun with me , fair or not i guess im not the person who gets to make that call but i know my opinion
but to the people like T.J. and Blue and others that i have had some personal contact online with in PM's and whatnot this was by no means a direct shot at you guys cause i have no idea who it is and wouldn't judge the group by actions i have no proof of who or why ....
but the bans was the issues here ,not the user notes stuff ,. i understand the notes is a game people play with and uncontrollable if feature is on and that part can be fun at times .... the bans outa nowhere was my only issue and the ban messages was just sillyness and a non issue
but unless ask this will be my last post on this issue as long as my troubles with Anon outa the blue ban stops it has been a few weeks maybe it has worked it self out ....
