Shanny said Rod will practice this week, couldn't hear the next question, but he said anythings possible, I believe he was asked if Rod could play this week.
He said he's been watching Rod closely.

The text I got from CBS4 said it was "possible" Rod could play this weekend.

He will be lucky if they let him bring his stuffed animal and walker into the stadium. let alone on the field. Sorry i love Rod, but he is NOT the answer.

If Rod is done, so be it, but remember he played for two years with the hip problem and even went to the Pro Bowl one of those years. Rod's game has always been about route running, never about sheer speed. If Stokely continues to be our #2 wideout, and we used Rod in the slot, his skills could be tremendous for us. It's not always about speed for the trusted vets. He knows how and where to run his routes. Maybe it won't mean he gets lots of TD's, but what we really need is first downs to continue drives (like last game). Imagine on a third down having: 1. Marshall 2. Stokely 3. Smith and 4. Scheffler. Not a bad combination for Cutler.
