A team that saved Notre Dame from a winless season shouldnīt be anywhere near the Top 25 out of principle.

Eh....they had their emergency QB in the game as Olson and Cowan were both lost to injury, who accounted for most of the turnovers that allowed ND to win, I dont think it was really reflective of UCLA.

The Pac 10 looks like a whole lot of fun this season. Really strong Oregon team, Arizona State still undefeated, USC is down a little, but itīs still USC ... California that proved its talent for a while. Should be fun to see how it all shakes out.
Socal, hereīs an article (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/writers/arash_markazi/10/19/usc.obit/index.html) about your beloved Trojans that you should enjoy

Thanks...I enjoyed that. I love it that the media is finally piling on them after swallowing them for several years. I especially liked the part about how even if USC won out, it was unlikely that they could get to the BCS Title game. I hope that is true. I really do not want to see them there, even if they somehow destroy Cal, Oregon and ASU, hopefully they are denied the invitation to New Orleans. I am hoping the NCAA finds something good in this Reggie Bush investigation...ideally, I'd like to see them get the SMU treatment, that is...the death penalty, but I'll gladly take a loss of 20 scholarships over 3 years and a 2 year bowl ban. I'll take anything at this point, actually. Especially losses. Anything from the NCAA is just gravy.

I personally feel Florida should be in the top five. They play the toughest teams and always look good doing it.

Wait are you telling me that OSU plays a tougher schedule than LSU. That's not possible, OSU plays in the powder puff Big Ten. I mean LSU plays in the SEC. I just refuse to believe it.

My Updated Rankings:
1. Ohio State (8-0) Still think they are vastly overrated but because of schedule they could easily make it too the Championship game. What a drag.
2. LSU (7-1) Still number 1 in my book, Kentucky is no fluke.
3. Florida (5-2) Tim Tebow is the shiznit.
4. Oregon (6-1) Dont know nothing about this club other than the Michigan win but they continue to roll and thats a good thing for them.
5. Oklahoma (7-1) Still undecided about how good they are.
6. Boston College (7-0) May not be beating impressive teams but they are still undefeated.
7. Missouri (6-1) Im pretty impressed with this club, hope they continue to do some damage.
8. Arizona State (7-0) Dont know much about them but again, undefeated
9. Kansas (7-0) Pretty impressed what they have done thus far, but im watching them closely.
10. Kentucky (6-2) Their offense is potent as hell.
11. Auburn (5-3) This team can beat anybody on any given day. Tough conference they are in doesnt help their cause.
12. West Virginia (6-1) Their good, but not top 10 good.
13. South Florida (6-1) Rutgers exposed them bigtime.
14. Virginia Tech (6-1) The Verdict is still out on the Hokies.
15. USC (6-1) Losing to Stanford was a big no-no.
16. Wake Forest (5-2) Still one of the most underrated teams this year.
17. Alabama (6-2) Another underrated monster.
18. California (5-2) This team still has a lot of weapons on it.
19. South Carolina (6-2) Despite loss to Vandy, still a dangerous team.
20. Virginia (7-1) Been winning a lot of close games but we will see how they fare against tougher opponents in coming weeks.
21. Rutgers (5-2) Better than their record shows.
22. Texas (5-2) A far cry from what we usually see from this club.
23. Texas A&M (6-2) Just think this team is better than Georgia, Penn St.,Michigan, and UCLA.
24. UConn (6-1) Only loss came against Virginia in the final seconds. Defeated Louisville last week and has S. Florida this week. Watch out!
25. Hawaii (7-0) Im still not a believer yet.
There you go, my top 25. Love it or Shove it. :approve:
