Ill definitely be interested in watching this game. Ought to be a good one.
10-20-2007, 06:29 PM
Wind will definitely be a factor in this game.
10-20-2007, 06:35 PM
Nice job forcing a punt on the first KU drive
10-20-2007, 06:48 PM
That was not a catch
CU is controlling the game early although there is no score yet. Nice catch and run by Celestine.
10-20-2007, 06:58 PM
Thanks for killing that drive Hugh
10-20-2007, 07:01 PM
and the Kansas QB has a 50-yd scramble.
****ing A. Again, thanks Hugh.
That was just dumb. You can't be mad at these guys, they just make young, dumb mistakes like careless TO's.
It's one thing when its a freshman, its another thing when its Hugh Charles.
Our DT's are kicking the interior KU Lineman's ass.
Shoot, that QB can run for KU. 50 yd run or so and like that, field position is switched.
Stupid fumble Hugh, going in for the score.
0-0 end of the first and I have to bounce to help out with my coed baby shower. :P
10-20-2007, 07:47 PM
Solid effort by the defense, piss poor showing by the special teams. Offense has to really start converting as that wind will be a factor for the kicking game later.
10-20-2007, 07:48 PM
Man, can we get Mason Crosby some eligibility since he's in attendance ;D
The play management by this offense is so poor. Cody, throw for the friggin sidelines brother.
Ugh, nice int there. Loooooooooooooooooooooong field goal coming up
10-20-2007, 07:50 PM
Wow, why the hell dont they even try for a field goal going into the half? Do we want to score? WTF?
10-20-2007, 08:18 PM
The wide receivers have ran the ball two too many times. They need to learn how to do the little things right before they try to get fancy.
10-20-2007, 08:20 PM
and they do it again. The WR sweep hasn't worked since the CSU game.
10-20-2007, 08:20 PM
TD DeVree!!!! Cody utterly faked out the defense by pretending to drop it.
10-20-2007, 08:23 PM
Hahahaa! Sneaky ass play. Herc that was damn effective! Buffs on top 7-3
10-20-2007, 08:25 PM
Let's go defense
10-20-2007, 08:26 PM
Cmon now D. Sack up and keep the intensity up
10-20-2007, 08:28 PM
That was waaaay too easy
10-20-2007, 08:30 PM
The MNF commercials are lame. Remember when the Broncos did this on MNF 25 years ago? Now tune to two teams in the NFC this week that bear no relationship to the Broncos.
10-20-2007, 08:32 PM
Well, that sucked. Thanks again for nothing special teams. Nothing like giving KU a short field in the first place. Defense sure got shredded that drive.
10-20-2007, 08:34 PM
and Cody gives the KU a short field. That wasn't even close.
10-20-2007, 09:05 PM
Kansas just outlasting CU now.
10-20-2007, 09:11 PM
Damn! I've been driving all over town listening on the radio. Not good. The TOs are killers.
10-20-2007, 09:13 PM
10-20-2007, 09:33 PM
TD Ellis. 19-14 Kansas with 3:42 left.
10-20-2007, 09:35 PM
That's the best catch I've seen Patrick Williams make this season. Let's get the ball back, Buffs.
10-20-2007, 09:38 PM
Block the punt!
10-20-2007, 09:40 PM
Buffs ball on their 44 with 2:26 left. Let's go Cody.
Nevermind, they're making them punt again.
10-20-2007, 09:42 PM
60 yds in 2:16 with a timeout left. Let's go guys.
10-20-2007, 09:44 PM
Buffs going backwards, great job on 1st and 2nd down guys.
10-20-2007, 09:45 PM
That missed facemask is going to be the breaker
10-20-2007, 09:46 PM
CU just self destructed there.
10-20-2007, 09:46 PM
4th and 18 coming up. Last chance. Sanders is killing this team at center with his bad snaps.
and Smith shorts arms the ball on 4th. Game over.
10-20-2007, 09:48 PM
Sanders craps all over the field... again. Cody had that pass in the perfect spot. Josh blew it.
10-20-2007, 09:57 PM
10-20-2007, 09:59 PM
Blame for this one goes all around. Defense played well, but just couldnt hold up for the rest of the squad. Cody looked very tentative at times again, the special teams was very bad and the coaching made some very questionable calls at times. The O-line should be ashamed of that last effort. Very poor blocking when they needed it most.
On the flip side, I love the way we play with heart and never quit at home. There is some tough love that Hawk has to give this squad but every week they are becoming more and more solid. A lack of penalties was a plus today as well.
10-20-2007, 10:11 PM
Now to Lubbock, then here for Mizzou! :holyguac!
10-20-2007, 11:21 PM
Anything can happen guys!! You guys know that!
Final score? No updates here... :(
10-21-2007, 12:34 AM
I believe the final was 19-14 Kansas.
