Broncos re-sign Chad Mustard
By Bill Williamson
The Denver Post
The Broncos have signed offensive lineman/tight end Chad Mustard once again.
Mustard is expected to be on the practice field today, his agent Joe Linta said this morning.
Mustard was cut by the Broncos on Sept. 1 and re-signed Sept. 8 for the Buffalo game. He was cut the Sept. 11. He was then signed Sept. 15 for the Oakland game and then he was cut Sept. 17.
Thus, Mustard is with 2-0 with the Broncos and has missed their three straight losses. Perhaps it's a good omen that Mustard will be on the field for the Broncos when they host Pittsburgh on Sunday.
His signing is expected to be released today. It is not known who'll be released to make room for Mustard. It's believed one of the reasons why Mustard is being brought back because of a recurring calf injury suffered by tight end Stephen Alexander. He was limited in practice Wednesday.

We need the Mustard on the field. We are two and 0 when he is on the field. That was our problem, not the defence or special teams!!!

I have no idea why, but I like it :spit:
And the moral of this story is:
No matter how many times the Broncos try to cut the Mustard, they can't. :)

Mustard is no joke
Think about it.
1. Mustard is to Hamburgers what I am to perfection
2. Mustard is to the Broncos what spinich is to Popye.

Should I re-adopt him or would that make me some sort of deadbeat dad? He's the best blocking tight end on the team and one of the best in the league. When he's in there, he'll offer some solid support in protecting Cutler.

3. Mustard is to the Broncos what Webster's Dictionary at a spelling bee is to Hotrod.

I think Mustard is feeling pretty good now. Another good paycheck for sitting on the bench. Hopefully, he can bring the good luck back to the Broncos record.
