There's no way they can franchise him. That'd be a lot of risk for the franchise but Turner has also been a good little soldier knowing he wasn't getting a long term deal and there's no way he'd stand by while they franchise him.

I think they stand a much better chance than any of the other recent teams to start that talk (Indy, Chi, etc).

The only real stumbling block teams on their schedule are Indy and Pit and, right now, NE looks to be better than either of them.
