Ok I'll start off by saying taht I understand that there might be a thread already starting covering this, but I didn't think any of the ones started were quite the same. Merge if you would like:~ohyah!:

Ok First of I'm an extremely optimistic person when I have a reason to be. IMHO this team has key parts that should make me optimistic. Example: We have the best defensive player in the NFL IMO: Champ Bailey. We also have a savvy vertern safety who plays like he's 10 years younger: John Lycnh. We also have some GREAT young talent in the dline: Thomas, Moss, crowder, Elvis. I am also a fan of DJ though he is playing VERY poorly right now. On Offense we have a GREAT young Qb IMO: Cutler. Watching this guy just makes me smile sometimes. He has an absolute gun and he CAN make all the throws. Yes he is still making some mistakes, but honestly almost EVERY gam,e this year he has been asked to keep up or comeback with the other team. NOT fair at all to him. The playcalling has also been rather suspect. I also LOVE our WRS: Javon(though he's injured, missing him) BMARSH, and Stokely. I love these three guys they are a great group. I also LOVED seeing SHeffler get involved finally I was OVERJOYED when jay made that GREAT throw to sheffler in the 2nd half. It was a great throw and it brouhgt the cut to sheff connection back. I honestly smiled. Hopefully with another week to recover tony can be 100% against Pitt.. I also believe our oline is pretty good this year. REALLY!

Now after saying this I need to get to my point. I am an EXTREMELY competitive person EX: use to throw pieces of boardgames fif I lost. I also played many competive sports in high school. I always got into it with the other team, though sometimes I was a very good friends with them. I was the guy you HATED on the field. INTENSE, emotional(in a good way), and talked a little smack. THis is where I get pissed. I see guys on our team worrying more about helping someone else up or making sure they're not mad(ex: gold with LT) and it sickens me. When I was on the field the opponents were enemies. I wanted to beat their team SO bad that they never wanted to play us again. I also wanted to piss them off. Let them know i just lite them up or schooled the S*** out of them. When you get someone pissed they will try too hard and eventually and most likely **** up. THat is when you take advantage of the other team. Beat them down. Get angry at them for godsakes! I hate seeing my team act like litte kids playing football. Who gives a **** if freakin LT is pissed or you just knocked the crap outta someone. Let them get up themself! I am so pissed about this fact of our team. I canno take losing when I know most of the guys don't show any passion!(though I was never part of a team to get avsolutely dominated) I HATE losing and I haven't been alive long enough to know what some of you have gone through with really poor seasons( I've been a fan for 10 years) I just can't look at our team and truly believe that we are this bad. get pissed. I haven't seen any BIG hits this year. With old broncs d I always saw them. I truly belive that if a play like the < WILSON stoning Wheatley on 4th> happened again NO one would knock him back even if they were in position to make it, and it's not because DJ or any other of the defenders flat out suck they just don't have the passion to drive the ****er back. They would probably let him fall forward and then help him up and pat him on the lid. That's inexcusable. I am now done with my rant. This team can and I hope will get better. Hopefully the bye week can help and hopefully the coaching staff can get the s*** together and start making the players accountable and getting pissed at them. PLEASE denver broncos, you are better then this:thumbs:

Well I'm sure Shanahan's emotional postgame speech will get this team fired up.

Maybe he is afraid of getting fired up at a press conference and then being on a Coors Lite commercial... "They are who we thought they were!!" "We let them off the hook!!"

You can have all the talent in the world but football ia and always will be a physical game that must be played with passion. Denver is playing with neither right now. When someone rips off a big run against the D or drops a ball on a critical play, I see almost no reaction from anyone, maybe just acceptance (a cancer of attitude). This indicates a lack of on-field leadership. We need leadership that demands accountability, see Colts of 60's, Mike Curtis and Johnny U. Great teammates but nobodies friend when you didn't produce on the field.
