What's the deal? I thought this guy was going to be the next Tony Gonzalez. Everyone was pimping him since he got drafted, and he finished last season with good numbers down the stretch.

What happened?

Maybe you should wait until he plays this season before you post useless threads like this one

He's been inactive? Damn. He may be a bigger bust than I thought.

EDIT - Nope, he's been active. So what's the deal? Why is Nate Jackson getting looks down on the goal line instead of Tony?

In a roundabout way, yes. Dustin has a weekly blog on Warpaint Illustrated.

Yup.Wabbit said the Broncos are bringing him back very slowly because of Scheffler's injury.

Fair question, actually.

He's not a bust, but the foot injury has really f'ed up his progression. I'm not a huge fan of his weight gain either. We've got Graham for blocking...what's the point of fattening up your thoroughbred no. 2 guy?

The fat Troll is too lazy to check anything, so he starts a poll.
Just when we thought he couldn't get any more clueless. :clown:

I don't remeber reading about the team asking Sheff to fatten up...I do think he took it upon himelf to try and get stonger for the blocking aspect of his game and i don't think it had anything to do with him breaking his foot...

The only thing that is fair with boob is his facial complexion after 1 of his many boyfreinds finishes JIZZING all over it...

True, but it remains to be seen if he can even be the same player. We'll see.

Why do you do this ****, Clayton? Seriously. What response do you want?

The guy is a ****ing 2nd yr. TE coming off a broken foot. Have you seen him on the field yet this year? Where, in your fat little head, did the idea to start a "Sheffler a bust?" poll come from?

**** off already. You bring nothing to this board.

You're right, the feet are a very delicate thing for a sports athlete and are very unpredictable in mending properly....That's why the trainers and coaches are taking every precaution necessary to do it right the first time...

The thing he has going for himself is youth...younger people just heal better and normally quicker...All we can do is keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best...

I see that Boob is in the next stall tapping his foot again. Don't respond.

Mike Shanahan said during Training Camp he would bring Scheffler along very slowly...bone issues in the foot are touchy and easily re-injured, after which they become chronic.

Combine that with the fact that Nate Jackson has had his best camp since coming to the Broncos 4 years ago, and Tony has an uphill climb to get playing time.

He is still very much in the plans for the future however.

Classic Bob .... TS is a bust after 3 games, yet Bob gave everyone from Samie Parker to Junior Siavii and Ryan Sims about 3 years worth of chances to begin embarking on their perennial pro bowl runs.

As a long time Chiefs Planet member, i've seen Bob pronounce Ryan Sims "ready to turn the corner" after every training camp - preseason he was with the Chiefs.

I don't think he'll officially pull the plug on Croyle until the 2016 season.

Couldn't this bust poll be about ......

Kris Wilson
Samie Parker
Ryan Sims
Brodie Croyle
Sylvester Morris
Julian Battle
Larry Johnson in 07
Herman Edwards
Damon Huard (worst starting QB this side of Tarvaris Jackson)
Junior Siavii
Justin Medlock
Jerome Woods lone Pro Bowl selection
Jeff Webb
Carl Peterson
Ethan Horton over Jerry Rice
Getting rid of Joe Horn
Starting Elvis over Rich Gannon
Dan Williams ( the big money version )
The MNF Meltdown and the rest of the 98 season
Blackledge over Kelly, Marino, and even O'Brien
The Dante Hall "experiment" at WR
Eric Hicks
Trezelle Jenkins
Larry Tynes
KENDRELL BELL
Lin Elliot
The Red Knight (Sammy Knight)
Eddie Drummond
The Jay Cutler vs Brodie Croyle thread
The Pat Surtain that the Chiefs got vs the "Wet Dream" version that Bob envisioned and told us to look out for.
Johnny Morton
Kawika Mitchell
GoChiefs
Craphonso Thorpe
Jordan Black
Eddie Freeman
Snoop Minnis
William Bartee
Mike Cloud
Rashaan Shehee
Eric Warfield
Kevin Lockett
Pat Barnes
Matt Blundin
Percy Snow
Mike Elkins
Paul Palmer
Steve Bono
Chester McGlockton
Leslie O'Neal
Wayne Simmons
Bam Morris and Tamarick Vanover
OR
Brian Jozwiak

P.S.

Just a month ago bob was expressing his opinion that Bronco fans were way overrating Brandon Marshall and actually compared Marshall's upside, potential, and situation to that of KC's Jeff Webb.

I couldn't tell if he was implying that KC had a great young receiver in Webb, but the fanbase knew how to not get too over excited about it and therefore overrate him ... or if he was implying that Marshall would be as much of a non-factor as Webb.

Either way it was like comparing KC's Nickel to Denver's Dollar (again).

That is the kind of football genius we are dealing with here.

Don't do the food reference with Bob's threads, jult let him have it.

Sometimes he gets carried away and seems to "remember" or "daydream" things like Croyle leading a National powerhouse in College and hoisting the Heisman after his senior season ( I think that is when the dream suddenly turns/melts into the Princess Leia and Jabba the Hut scene )

Things that never happened.

Delusions.

More than any post I've read from Bob, I'm getting really tired of reading posts like this one. Is there some reason you and others on this forum find it so difficult to write like a civilized adult?

Or maybe it's funny? Nope! There has to be some element of surprise in humor. This is just sophomoric, self-stultifying petulance.

To all the "digital narcissists" around here: thicken your skin, quit the childish flames, ignore posts you don't like, and consider adding at least a modicum of class to your own posts.

Well let's just give Mr. 156 posts mod duties now. If you've been around for any time on this board, you would know that your "Gilligan" just so happens to hack and hijack every thread on this board, so before you flaunt your man love for bob, try go reading ALL of his posts and realize the "wonderful person" we all know him to be. Not to mention, he is a welching POS who shouldn't even be posting on this board due to endless bets he loses. So again, go do some research before you go on your little tirades, thanks.
