Conner looked awesome in the game against Michagan. Conner can play all 3 linebacker positions and play them well. Conner is also good against the run ,pass and is a good blitzer. I would try and trade up in the draft to get him. Maybe trade our 1 and second and 4 rounder for a 3 and higher first rounder. The Broncos then could get a safety like Demps in the 3 round or offensive tackle like Chis Williams.

Connor is an amazing player, and his versatility is really going to be big for both 4-3 and 3-4 teams. He may be out of our range, but personal issues might bring him down a little bit. I still like several other linebackers over Connor, but he would be a welcomed addition to the team.

OT DT LB S should be priority in 08 draft.

No - Jake Long should be the number one target. Chances of getting Long or Conner about equal - no chance in hell.

OT DT LB S should be priority in 08 draft. I wanted to get a offensive tackle but the Broncos need to get a leader on Defence to replace Al Wilson. Conner might fall to around 14 or 15 pick.and the Broncos might be able to trade up for him.. I wish the Broncos traded up for Willis even through Moss could be a good player.

I'd hate to see 228 pound Connor trying to man the middle in Bates' scheme. And in that scheme if it isn't for MLB its not worth spending a major asset (like high draft picks) on.

Our best hope at this point is that DJ continues to progress at MLB and becomes a quality starter there. Otherwise we'll have a hard time finding a legitimate answer for MLB in this class of linebackers.

Unless the Broncs go 5-11, there is no chance at Conner anyway.

now that henry is done for the year that is a real possibility. The crappy part of this whole thing is we are absolutely wasting Champ Baily's best years.

By the time the nfl combines ,Conner should be at 240 pounds and run a 4.5 which could put him out of Broncos range. If he runs a 4.6 then he might fall to the Broncos.
