Ive been very impressed with LSU but certainly Florida looked great today although i thought they rubbed it in late. And now USC is started to put space between them and the Huskers. Still like LSU right now though.

I'd split my vote between LSU and OU.

I don't know. USC went into Lincoln and is in the process of taking them apart.

Yea, that is pretty impressive.

LSU, Florida, USC and Oklahoma are head and shoulders above everyone else.

USC has to be the clear choice they are just an all around complete team.

I would say that OU is making a VERY strong case for the #1 slot. Almost a month in now and we will get a few more games that are gonna shake things up.

LSU. They are the best team in the toughest conference. USC, OU, and Florida are all very good as well.

Right now I would say USC, LSU, Florida and Oklahoma. Carrol treated the game last night like an NFL exhibition game again, putting the 3rd string defense in during the 4th quarter to get them some experience. But watch out for Florida. By the end of the year they will probably be a better team than they were last year. Their offense is already better and the defense is maturing in a hurry.

My belief is that the champion doesn't lose the throne until somebody beats them. That's why I voted for Florida. I don't think Florida is the best team from the early season but, as long as they are undefeated, they should be #1.

O freakin U
How many times do they have to fricken dominate? Way to keep your points average above 60 boys!

Dominating is important especially against weaker opponents. But ill wait for more judgement when they actually play someone. For now LSU still has my vote.

I will agree that OU needs to play someone, but their games have never been close. Its always good to dominate the weaker opponents, which they have.
I think we won't see how good they are until Texas.

Florida has no business being in this poll. They are in a dogfight with Ole Miss.
