QB: Jake Delhomme or Donovan McNabb?
RB: Westbrook or Cedric Benson?
Should I drop Eli Manning. He is currently on team.

I would start Delhomme and Benson. Washington's defense is better than K.C's.

I also have McNabb and will be starting him. I'd be a little weary of starting Cutler just because Oakland does have a decent defense. McNabb was rusty in week 1, but I'd bet he gets it going against Washington.

Benson. The Bears will let Benson lose the game for them before they let Rex do it. He'll get plenty of carries.
