I'd go with the first three...esp. with those opponents...
I don't know much about Jennings though...
Berrian with Grossman throwing?
(But I have him on a team, too! LOL!)

LT obviously...no matter what hes going to get yards/TD's...
Marshawn hasn't been too impressive in the preseason from what I've read
(I have him too! )
AP? Andrian peterson?
Which one?

Johnson at Oakland is a good pick, pass first offense.

I don't like Johnson at Oakland. Wide recievers at Oakland are a fantasy no-no for the first week.
LT and Jordan

You can the that it is AP aka AD from minnesota since LT is playing Chicago. . . Other that LT that is a tough call for the first week on the RB. A lot of them will do better later in the season.

Your wide reciever group doesn't look too strong. You have a lot of young players who nobody knows if or when they will break out this year. I think Jennings might. . . but who knows. I would probably go with Jackson, Marshall and Jennings. That is tough though. I would probably start Williams or Jordan along with LT. I am no expert though. Your first week looks tough.
