New England’s talent too much, while S.F. will be this year’s New Orleans

Blasphemy! New England will not beat us in the playoffs. Nor will they be in the Superbowl.

Arizona is not a playoff team. And the 49ers will not be Superbowl bound.
Bill is a loser.

Fully agree. Desperation patch work pickups won't stop the slide of this once powerful team. Old linebackers are a recipe for disaster. Was clear in that SD playoff game they were completely outmatched talentwise. Won because they had much bigger brains than the Bolts. Brady carries of course but I think when the bones are really creaking by January these old guys pack it up.

The Niners are a year away, but I expect them to make some noise and I'm picking them to win the NFC West over Seattle.

Billy boy has to prove he can win it without RC and CW. I have them as favs in AFC too but, alot can happen til then.

I dont mind the Patriot pick but the Niners? LMAO! While they are improving they are not ready to contend for a championship.

Pats still need to beat the Colts. I have a feeling the curse will reverse and the Colts will own the Pats for awhile.

IMHO: The Pats trying to add weapons on O is because they fear the Colts. Instead of staying the course and building D, they are trying to play the colts game. The pats are getting themselves of course.

The smartest thing said by bill in this train wreck of an artical.

The Chiefs and Raiders will be lucky if they combine for double digit victories.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20454662/The Pats are overrated. Who shows up the good Moss or the bad Moss? Stallworth? He's spent half of his career on the IR? Walker a stud WR? A D that got scored on at will by better teams last year? I don't buy the hype.

The 49ers have improved but they may end up 3rd in the division if the Cards come out of the cellar. This pick makes no sense.

Today I'd say the Saints and Chargers in the Super Bowl if Norv doesn't screw a good thing up. The NFC stinks. The Saints are the only team in the NFC that could raise one small hair on the backs of teams like the Colts, Bengals, Ravens, Pats and hopefully the Broncos.

I'd make fun of him for SF but glancing over at my "end of season standings prediction pool" at work. I had STL winning the NFC west. hahahahaha

Everybody's got a bad pick or two.

a bad prediction on a division winner is one thing (especially when it's a team like STL, that when healthy, would clearly be a legit contender).....picking a team like SF to reach the SB though? that's a completely new level of insane IMO.

Well sure. But SF was on the way up last season and bold predictions get remembered. When right or wrong. Didn't peter king pick the Fins to make the SB last year?

Every year John Riggins (on his radio show) picks the skins to go to the SB then tries to convince people all season why his pick wasn't blind homer love. In the end He's just a local radio homer. Thats funny.
