After dealing with them all summer long, my quest to get a more stable job ended today as Wells Fargo has hired me as a banker. My first day is Monday (my birthday) with training in Northglen, CO. I will be leaving the Springs sometime to move to Pueblo to my branch. I will only have to stay for a year before I can transfer to a different town and I could also be elgible to become a manager, which I would prefer over grinding it out over sales every month.
I was very vocal with them about ethics, I told them I don't subscribe to High Pressure tactics and no way would I force something on somebody that they didn't want or need. Luckily only that day two employees were let go for ethics issues. I just hope that once I start our philosophies don't clash.
