I wouldn't want the guy as a QB even before this dog fighting stuff. He stunk as a QB. He can't pass for $hit despite the team spending nearly half of their first day picks on WR's the last several years thinking it was the receivers fault(which we will find out this year that it wasn't). He just isn't a very good QB. He is exciting with his jail break (pardon the pun) speed but exciting doesn't mean good.

He would have to totally retrain himself to quit running upright if he were to play WR and esp RB. He wouldnt last a series running the ball up the middle as an RB the way he currently does.
