It's been a long time since they have beaten any team in the AFC West. I saythey go 2-4 sweeping the Chiefs.

ONLY if Russell is not starting. If he starts they will go 0-6.

I think they split with the Chiefs, Russell won't be starting by then.

To be honest i didn't know that. But they aren't going to beat SD or Denver.

No offense, but I think this is gonna be a rough year for KC. Oakland is on the way up, if only because its hard to sink much lower.

They'll win at least 1 division game, maybe 2. They have arguably the best defense in the division. The O will be a little better, especially with Miller and if Bush is healthy, it will be definitely be better.

This is my prediction

Sweep OAK-Until they win we still own them
Split w/ DEN
Get Swept by SD

3-3

Yeah, Oakland goes defeated for the AFC West. The Chiefs aren't good but they aren't anywhere near Oakland's level of ineptness.

FWIW, I think Stud's AFCW predictions are close but I'm unsure Oakland will win more than 3 all year.

I still don't understand why people think that? LJ is coming back. It's just a matter of time, plus we are deep at RB. OL overall is better, but not by much.
Defense has a lot of young talent that looked really good last season(Allen, Hali, Pollard, Page, and DJ) with some vet players(Edwards and Harris) who are far better at their positions for the cover 2 than Mitchell and Bell ever will be.
It all depends on Brodie though. The team goes as far as he takes them...right now he has been looking very good in camp, but he can't be judged until he plays a real game.

It all depends on the offensive line, not who is at quarterback.

Well, assuming Brodie acts like a Rookie, then you will have much in common with Oakland, ie, Good defense, not so good offense. Toss up I suppose, but I feel like the Oakland secondary will make more of a difference then LJ.

***edit*** I have no idea why I capitlized Rookie.
