We all talk big but if a revolution began in this country, would you join or sit back? Remeber, obviously there are many variables but I'm talking theory here.

I like to think that I'd stand up, but the reality of loading your guns with the intention of shooting an American soldier might make doing it hard.

Well the GOP and NRA would have all the guns, what the hell would the liberals do?

I am 100% in favor of a political revolution, but I don't think an armed revolution would be wise. We do have to totally blow up our political system and get it back to where it does the will of the people rather than the whims of the power brokers.

Keep thinking that way. Just because we don't have mullets like the GOP/NRA doesn't mean we don't own guns!

I have a few ideas to "ease" a revolution in place, that are not violent and do not require bloodshed. However, the solution of these ideas only have merit if "all goes according to plan". I want to take this country back peacefully, but sternly.

That being said, if push came to shove - i can only give what i get. I'd have no problems with any tyrant's humiliation or otherwise. I don't care if it is in a uniform or not. Supporters of tyranny always claim patriotism.

No need for a revolution.

Chaos is coming as unsustainable systems break down.

The wise will prepare to ride out the shiit storm on the horizon and be ready to rebuild from the ground up a new society.

But what would you do if there was an armed revolution?

Who would be revolting? Liberal citizens against the military? The military would not shoot the citizens, and the citizens would not shoot the military. The military is the citizens.

We are all the same.

A small armed militia that tried to overthrow the govt would be destroyed by cops, as the military is not allowed to do act against citizens anyway. The national guard might stop them, but I think what you are talking about would be considered more of a coup.

The fact is, that there is a small minority of treasonous individuals who were able to come into power by virtue of inheritance and the lies they told the populace.

The way to revolt, is to call your congressmen and demand impeachment of those individuals who have broken thier oath to defend the constitution.

<b> This book outlines directly the case and proves thier guilt better than anything I have seen.

One of them is the my plan to get 1million people to show up in DC, with some sort of dog, cat, (if you want to take a dump be my guest) poo and just throw it on the whitehouse, congress & supreme court. I figure absurdims might garner enough attention, embaressment and tension relief to get the point accross.

I have several other things i'm ironing out, but that's one of them.

I guess when I think "military", it's one and the same with the FBI, DEA and any other branch of a federal police force.

I like your idea. Just stupid retarded bs like throwing poo all over the steps of congress might get some kind of attention.

Count me in. Seriously!!

I figure it's clear and to the point, absurd and juvenile, yes. But if they don't take us seriously - then why not be absurd about it and make a point. Hell can someone show up with a spreader?

I like the concept but, IMO, we are well beyond this type of action if results are expected. Look at what has happened in DC the past 2 weeks as proof that those in power just don't care what we think anymore.

And no, I don't have a better suggestion (wish I did).

Ya Josh I will be in Connecticut sometime this summer and would love to hang with you. I always regretted not seeing you in Harrisburg when I was driving back to Baja
a couple of years ago but I was trying to beat an approaching winter storm and I did, it's a good story maybe I'll get to tell it and others in person one of these days.

But what would you do if there was an armed revolution?

I don't have guns big enough to fight the military. I do have some nice hunting rifles and would take them all to my mountain place and defend my family from the chaos.

I do like clav's idea of a million people pelting the capitol with dog crap. I probably have 20 pounds in the back yard I could contribute

I would fight for the Government ....... the system works , has for over 200 years , the people we have now are screwing it up ............I would not stand back and let of bunch of militant Hippies try and take over ........ I draw the line there ....... Dont **** with my country ......
