I just realized while looking at that list that 24 of the 32 QB's have zero playoff wins. That seems like a staggeringly high number to me.

Also, the average age of the QB's with at least one win in the post-season is 30 years old. That doesn't look good or the starting QB's in the West.

I would like to know, other than that fact that King yearns to be inside of his jock, why Brady gets a 10 in intangibles while Manning only gets a 9.

Because Brady at least has a decent set of legs where Manning couldn't beat an 8th grader in the 40 yard dash.

That would be a tangible.....not an intangible.

Umm...Brady in an open field run is pretty ugly, trust me. Peyton looks a little more gangly, but I believe their actual speed is about the same (i haven't checked the recent numbers).

Brady gets hype because of results, not ability.
Manning gets hype because of ability, not results.

so it goes, i guess.

Brady has played better in big games more often. Manning up until this last year was known as a choker for his performances in the playoffs.

These stats are based off the last two years. The total amount of Wins for QB's would go up if they were based off more than 2 years.

This list is stupid. Croyle is better than Frye.

I think it's cool how 3 of the top 10 were first year starters.

Ranked 10th after 5 games ........ I think Jay will be good , but 10th ?
I would put Brady in front of Manning though ......

Ditto! I would love to see Manning play with the receivers Brady had to work with.
If he did, Colts might not have even made the playoffs.

I don't know man. Maybe it's because the Broncos own Brady and the Pats, but to me Peyton Manning carries an aura of intimdation unmatched by anyone in the league.

Manning deserves #1......

every position after #6 is up for debate. It seems like I've been saying this for forever, but the league is pretty piss poor when it comes to quality QB depth. I'm really hoping Cutler, Lienart, and Young only add to the mix and make this league at least 10 Elite QB strong. It can only make our Sunday Afternoons more enjoyable.

My bet is that Cutler will move up a bit and Rivers will move down a bit.....

That's because he always torches the Bronco's. Even after a Super Bowl win & a defeat of the Pat's.

I always said this when it come the Manning/Brady. I'll take Manning for the first 3 quarters & Brady for the 4th. I still feel that way.
