I always felt the QB has to be the coolest guy in the room. You know, like the coolest guy in your high school who could make anything happen at anytime, the girls wanted to be around him, and he was always cool as a fan -- pressure never got to him. Basically, the guy the rest of the guys wanted to be like and guy the girls wanted to be with.

I think we have that in Jay Cutler. How that helps him on the football field, I have no idea, but I think he has the athletic part down so this can only help.
