Ah man, I love pulled pork, but I made some ribs myself last night. Had a nice rub on it, and smoked it for a few hours. A little Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce and I had a satisfying evening.

There was some BBQ sauce that said pepper BBQ sauce on it and I tried it thinking it would be peppery and would be good for meats etc. It was ****ing some of the hottest sauces I have ever tried. No warning labels or nothing. Forget what it was called.

NC chopped pork with the vinegar based BBQ sauce is better.

I agree 100%. Coleslaw is an afront to humanity. Raw Cabbage and carrots in a mayo sauce? Gew.
Gimme ribs and a big side of fries any day. Ooh! Maybe some garlic mashed potatoes!

I've recently gotten into frys with steaks/ribs etc. They are no longer just for burgers. Although I prefer thick cut and fried until quite crisp.
Then mix 1/4 mayo to 3/4 ketsup for dipping........UMMMMM

Im pissed a food jacking and no one told me. I cooked up a nice pork roast this past Sunday and used this bbq seasoning mix (you knows where oll those little bags are at the grocery store) and it turned out pretty good. I shredded it and put it on a bun and added some sauce.
Edit - this was a slow-cooker meal and was very easy.

Lone star is my favorite restaurant. Those rolls they serve with butter are to die for. The ribs are perfect, rib eyes are outstanding.

I was never impressed with lone stars steaks maybe they are better where you are at. I dont order many steaks when out because if I really wanted steak I would be cooking it.

So with my wife pregnant I have had a bad craving for
1) Portillio's Italian Beef with Hot Peppers
2) Rib eye sandwiches.
I had one Rib eye yesterday at Mangnums with a vendor & another today at Hooters.
Sympathy cravings suck.

She knows we go on Friday but does not like it. We are able to joke about it, last Friday I took her for a check up on Friday around lunch and asked her afterward if she wanted to meet up with the gang there. We ended up at Panera...
I don't like the food at Hooters but our lunch gang goes & there is usually nice stuff to look at.

The menu options are pretty flimsy and the food is overpriced. It's probably good that's not the reason to go to Hooters. They would already be out of business...
