Hopefully he disrupts that team and starts screaming at Brady. With Watson, Welker, Stallworth, and Moss out there, they have some serious talent.

Randy Moss is the acid that breaks down the chemistry on teams. Keep it up!

Yeah me too. After hearing that he couldn't finish the first day of camp, reading the thread title had me worried.

He couldn't finish mini camp day 1.

WTF?

Funny, I knew exactly which Moss he was referring too.

WTF?

He was too tired and woefully out of shape. Even Marcus Thomas hacked it out and he hasn't played football in more than half a year.

I hear Thomas quit smoking, so he may have better wind these days. (-:

It doesn't surprise me that hes slacking, its what he did in Oakland to get out of there.

ROFL! Same here.

This is good news though... when something bad happens to the Patriots, it makes my day better. :approve:

Keep it up Randy! ^5

He's obviously conserving energy. :)

All of you that are into wasting energy must be communists or something.

New mane rule....when talking about Moss, refer to the first initial. R. Moss or J. Moss. Please?! ;)

He's been in full on conservation mode for about two years now.

When he trys to step up the pace, he'll pull a hammy. Foxworth will blanket him.

Moss calls Champ "Daddy"

He really does. Champ owns Moss. Last year was that int on the crossing pattern and the year before we stole knocked that TD catch out of Moss' hands. I love watching Champ own Moss.

9. The Moss factor: So Randy Moss isn’t always hustling around. So what? This is a guy entering his 10th season, and most of the years previous have been dominant ones. He knows how to get himself ready to play and, when he did play this week, it was obvious that he’s got something left in the tank. Moss constantly gives the appearance that he’s not trying, simply because he’s so effortless and natural doing what he does.

And that’s why, in this camp, you don’t get a bushel of bouquets landing at his feet. But if you looked closely, you could see a player that, at times, was uncoverable. He beat guys one-on-one, he beat zone, and he caught the ball in traffic. If he’s healthy, he looks ready for a big year. The only question is how this team will spread the ball around.

LOL! Two people seeing different things.

Yeah sure, he's older now, he can't just pore it on when he wants to any longer.

Agreed

And when you look at WR who continued to have success deep into their careers...Jerry Rice, Tim Brown, Rod Smith, Keenan McCardell, etc....these are WRs who developed STRONG work ethics well before age became an issue....and thats exactly why they could all perform so well for so long.

Moss on the other hand obviously has NO work ethic to help carry him deeper into his career so once he looses a step, he is done.

I realize former Oakland coaches feel he has already lost a step - I am not sure if thats true or them just trying to save some face after commanding the lamest offense the NFL has ever seen - but its not totally unreasonable to think a player with little to no work ethic has lost a step

I'm 30 and faster and stronger than ever. I think the age factor is over emphasized. I bet he still runs a 4.4

Sure he can, but if he doesn't do it often, he'll pull that hammy when it counts.

THE GERMAN FAN SAYS I'M ON SOME SORT OF PATRIOT POWER TRIP. From Dustin of Gelsenkirchen, Germany: "Geez, if I have to choke down any more of your spoon-fed Patriot Power Trip, I'm seriously going to blow chunks. Never have I seen such a biased writer riding a teams' jock so hard. It almost makes me want to read the just as equally biased crap at ESPN.com just to get your Patriot-flavored, super-chunky vomit flavor out of my mouth."
