Yeah, it's always good to mark that anniversary. I guess there's enough current troubles on folks minds where it slips down the list.

Sorry to see folk forget.
Shouldn't forget the invasion of the Marianas (Guam, Tinian and Saipan) that happened the same month, with as may US Marines hitting the beaches across 3000 miles of Ocean.
