It's really a great one. Champ always seems pretty candid and knows the right things to say. A true professional. Just some thoughts:

I like how he pointed out that the rookies will have to earn playing time and that he has confidence in his veteran teammates.
He is really excited about Bates and how Bates is going to hold people accountable. That was the first thing that Champ brought up in their initial meeting.
He said that Cutler has not made any mistakes in camp to his knowledge thus far, and he is very excited what he is going to do once pre-season hits.
I like how happy he is about Bly and how much he wants to work with him on shutting teams down.
His overall demeanor is always upbeat and possitive but not unrealisticly so. Just a great player.

Watching and listening to Champ during an interview illustrates such modesty and a quiet confidence. He certainly is at the opposite end of the spectrum from TO. Reminds me a lot of Johnny Unitas in that regard - I know I am good and you know I am good, lets compete.

I like how honest he is about what needs to be done to play at the level. when people are that a-matter-of-fact about what needs to be done is usually means they have mastered the mental aspects of the game. He's calm but he's a warrior and really puts in the time on and off the field to be the best.
