They will find out the hard way what a wuss Lelie is.

"--WR Ashley Lelie came up hobbling after going for a deep pass from Alex Smith. Lelie sustained a right quad strain and his availability for the rest of the weekend practices is in doubt."

That's too bad. Doesn't look too serious though since its just a quad strain. I hope he does well there. Go Ash!

I hope he didn't re-injure that cracked vagina he suffered through as a Bronco. Get better Lelie. You go, girl!

Yeah, I have nothing against Lelie really. I mean he ****ed himself, and Denver still got over on and raped the Redskins so it's all good. Lelie was never hurt in his time with the Broncos so I don't see anything here the 49ers should be worried about. When Lelie realizes he isn't a number 1 WR he can still have a good career and be productive. He'll be valuable to the 49ers because Alex Smith has a strong arm and the Niners need a WR that can stretch the field.

what a panty waste Lelie is. I bet he's out the NFL in another 2-3 yrs ala Freddie Mitchell.

Well the 9ers traded for Darrell Jackson so I hope Lelie already knows he is the #2 wr. San Fran could have an alright offense this year with those 2, Gore, and if Vernon Davis lives up to the hype.

I liked him a lot while he was here. Now... not so much.
Still wish him well though. (he didn't miss a game with us, right?)

In the last 13 months the 49ers have improved themselves about as much as we have ... which is to say, as much as any team in the league. Lelie will be good there actually - about like he was here - a reasonably solid #2 WR. I have no idea why the Seahawks traded in the division, but they do love their baby-faced Colorado Buffalo D.J. Hackett up here ... kid's a real fan favorite. I was at the Cowboys playoff game here, and I saw two fan signs with his name on them.

That's still no excuse to dump Jackson - who is a very productive wideout - to the #1 up and coming team in your division. You guys might not realize (though it's lost on nobody here), but the 49ers swept Seattle this past year. Add those two to their season-ending Broncos upset, and this is a team on the rise.

Betcha they make the playoffs THIS year ....

I hope Lelie does well for the 49ers. He didn't cost us much and tried to do what we asked. 49ers seems to be heading in the right direction. He's on board with a good team so he has a chance to prove himself worthwhile.

EDIT: Awww crap Broncobuff?!? I have to post after Broncobuff?!? Let me delete anything that I have said here! LOL

Great take Buff. San Fran probably is going to the playoffs. They are doing the right things and Seattle made a mistake...BIG mistake.

I love how Ms. Lilly didn't even get a conditional pick from the Niners. How the self percieved mighty have fallen.

I'm not an apologist for the crybaby. He's going to be bounced like a ping pong ball at this point.
