I usually watch the first day all the way through. I didn't vote that soccer sucks because I would still rather watch that than men's tennis...

It depends.....usually I'm too busy with the family, to invest an entire afternoon/night in front of the TV all at once.
If I'm out and about.....I check the updates over the Internet on my Blackberry......

I not only sit there and catch every moment of the damn thing. I'm juggling my numerous value lists and charts, updating my Access draft data base, screaming at the TV, kicking the dog, and yelling at my children, for two whole days.

It's going to be a great week for me!!
NFL draft, NHL and NBA playoffs, Champions League semi-finals (soccer) and the World Cup semi-finals (cricket)!!
Not often that I get to enjoy 5 sports in the same week!!

It depends on the weather. I have a extreme case of spring fever going on (thanks for snowing sideways all damn day today!!!!!!!!) and if the weather is nice I may go play golf in the AM, but watch the draft from my phone until I get home. If the weather sucks, I'll be watching almost all of day one.

Took the words right off my keyboard. Except for the yelling at your children thing, I don't do that (don't have children).
But if I did, I would probably do that too.

Almost on your level just not quiet there.
Watch it all and record it. Then go back and look at it again later at a quicker pace. Oh and besides the NFL, soccer is the best sport.

the first 3 rounds
Watched the better part of the whole draft the last four or five years, before that I watched the entire first day for three or four years straight as well. Not going to get to watch round 1 this year (got to work), should catch rounds 2 and 3. With how few picks the Broncos have and how few sleepers I'm really interested in I'll probably chill and occasionally tune in on Sunday just to see how its all rollin' along.

I watch most of both days except for bathroom breaks and food.
As a Texans watcher, I've noticed an amazing phenomenon. Every time the Texans are on the clock (other than #1 overall) ESPN cuts to a commercial just as the selection is about to be announced. Then (sometimes) ESPN will tell us who was selected after they come back 2-3 minutes later. Sometimes, the websites have the pick faster than ESPN reports it "live".
So, if you need to go and yet you can't tear yourself away from the TV, wait until the Texans' 15 minutes are soon to be up and I guarantee you they'll go to commercial.

I've never even attempted to be here on draft day. I imagine the place runs pretty slow. Now if we pick some out of the blue/post injury guy with "upside" I'd have to take a peak just for laughs Ha!
Drek, why didn't you tell us you work the Broncos' War Room! You've been holding out on us! So, was Marcus Nash your idea?:D
No, it was more like "Shanny, trade up for Moss or Faneca, you dumb ass!"
Then my older brother charred Shanny's steak because he was bogarting the pipe. Shanny went ballistic, started screaming about how "he'd show me! I'm smarter than all you bitches! Nash is the next Jerry Rice!"
What could have been.
Shanny stoned goes on lots of tangents 'bout his glory days in SF. That and how he's "keepin' it real." and "that sumbich Al better watch his ass."
Gries-ball was all me though. Sorry about that one. I told Mike it wasn't often you get to draft a polished co-championship winning, son of an NFL vet, QB in the 3rd round and that he could fix all the little problems like arm strength and a partially functioning brain. Its all about pedigree.

Wife knows that the draft is my personal holiday and she does her best to stay out of my way (cause mostly I am mad and cursing but not last year I was running around the house yelling I was so happy). She also watches the kids both days without really asking for much help. You should realy get your wife into football or at least make her understand how much the draft means to us.

I have watched the enitre draft from first round to seventh round since I was 8 years old in 1994 when Kiper got in a fight with Polian over keeping harbaugh as a QB and passing up on Dilfer....Great stuff!
Also, the past 4 years I have watched the entire draft and then even searched the internet until midnight sunday seeing where the undrafted free agents signed with.

I don't watch it much anymore except for here and there and around when the Broncos are about to pick. I keep track on the net for most of it anymore since I just got tired of hearing the rehashing of stories and such by the commentators that I just really didn't care about. In fact, I believe the Broncos are usually one of the least talked about teams at the draft every year unless like last year, they make a trade to get high in the draft and even then.

I think I'll try NFL Network's draft coverage this year since maybe they won't have any hosts that I can't stomach very long like Berman and Kiper.
