Bob McGinn, of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, reports California RB Marshawn Lynch (back) passed his physical with the Green Bay Packers' medical staff. General manager Ted Thompson usually does not invite potential top picks to the team's facility, but he wanted to have Lynch's back examined. The team's medical staff signed off on what has been described by NFL club officials as a congenital disc abnormality in his lower back. Lynch's agent, Doug Hendrickson, said it was his understanding no MRI was performed on Lynch, and the team was satisfied and passed him on his physical.

How do you pass a guy without an MRI on the disk area in question?

Still a red flag.

"Does it hurt when you do this?"

"*grimaces* "No, that feels fine..(mouthpiece in place).

That's almost comical. Maybe they should bring in OJ and ask him if he's the killer while they are at it?

Saving money on the electric bill GB?

What in the hell do you think this guy is going to say? "Yeah, it's pretty messed up...but I gutted thru it..." or.."Show me the money!"

Don't teams have their own MRI machines? I know they are spendy, but damn. I'm pretty sure Denver has one. Not positive tho.

Hope GB takes him because that leaves DL still available.

This draft sucks for running backs from the top on down. Marshawn Lynch would have been a 3rd MAYBE 2nd round selection last year, but he's projected in the top half of the first round this year. If Green Bay wants a running back they should try and trade for Michael Turner or sign a stopgap like Corey Dillon and draft someone next year. One of the biggest reasons for failing in the draft is reaching for needs, and GB is poised to do just that. Hehe

it (the draft) may suck for rb's, but I like Henry of Arizona, he would look good in blue.
