I'm looking to switch to DirecTV in California and I want to know about the bill?

I currently have TimeWarner cable and I'm looking to cut costs a little bit...

Let's say I go with 54.98 package...at the end of the month what would my final bill look like? Is it the straight up %8.25 tax on top of that? Or are there extra fees included?

Any help would be great, thanks!

Depends on California and local tax laws. DTV should be able to give you an amount within pennies for that service level. Just remember that any PPV, etc and associated taxes will not be in that estimate.

Keep in mind that DirecTV charges you $5.00 for each additional receiver that you have beyond the first one unless you get a special installation deal.
