View Full Version : NFL Network's Path to the Draft
Thursday, April 12, DTs were highlighted, and then today (Friday, April 13) they're putting the spotlight on DEs.
You guys agree with their assessments?

I just saw part of it.
I agree Okoye and Harrell are the two top 4-3 DTs. I have been on Harrell all year. He was great junior year and appears to be completely healed from his injury and was up to 314 at his pro day. I like him because he is 100% effort guy with a mean streak.
I also agree Branch is best suited as a 3-4 NT. I usually watch a couple of Big 10 games every week so I have seen him quite a bit. He may have been tainted in my mind by Gabe Watson, who had all of the UM hype last year and has turned out to be an average, at best, prospect at AZ. I just don't see much in the games to really impress me.
Most of the other guys are either under sized or immobile fire plugs. I guess the fire plugs fit Bates' system, so with luck maybe the Broncs will find one who works out.

NFL Networks Path to the Draft?
Oh I thought this was going to be about the draft being held when it's convenient to ESPN programming and maybe the NFL was going to start minding their own business and conducting the draft when it's best for the teams and players....
Happy birthday Tredici!
Finally hi-jacked a thread. I feel so Mock-like

Poor two-gap DT's in this draft.
Great two-gap DT's next year.
One more reminder
Defensive Ends: Today (Friday) on The NFL Network's Path to the Draft at 4:30pm, 8:00pm and 11:30pm Colorado time.
Not sure how Al Wilson's release will play into our DE needs?...
