Adam Schefter, of the NFL Network, reports Oakland Raiders DL Derrick Burgess has still not shown up for the team's workouts and he may hold out for a new contract.

Where is he in terms of years left on his deal? What is he making? Since the NFLPA has about as much stroke as Watermock at a PTA meeting...holding out is the only option players have when they outperform their deals. Although he is only going into year three with the Fade. He's put up some sexy numbers.

It was something like a 5 yr 15 million dollar deal, back when noone wanted him.. dude failed the Seahawks physical.

yes, his deal was 5 yrs 15 mil. and he watched kerney get his deal which i believe was almost double burgess'...so now he wants his new market value since no one has had more sacks in the last two seasons.
