Clav, let's spell it out so the folks will understand what DARPA means.

It's the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

If you knew what these spooks actually do -- you would be so horrified you would have to completely overhaul your world view. You'd probably **** a brick. Very likely, you would lose whatever remaining faith you have in your government...

These spooks are working on technologies that you never even heard of. New technologies that very likely will be used to enslave us.

Just like several unknown technologies were used to spring 911 on us -- unbeknownst to Americans.

If we don't take back control over our government and make government serve the needs of ordinary people -- instead of the super rich and powerful few..

you can kiss the future good bye -- for this planet and your kids and every living thing.

That is pretty evident from the fact that he called them spooks- which is slang for intel types. Most of the DARPA guys I have meet fit into more the Trekkie type class

Though my first company had support contract with them and only they only seemed to hire to good young women to support that vehicle. Then locked them behind closed doors. Bastards ;D

You guys need to wise up. The whole problem is that we don't know what they are doing. There is no democratic oversight.

You can be sure that the intelligence agencies are following the R & D at DARPA very closely and are even involved in some of it.

Try to find a scientist who will talk about these projects. Not a one of them will. They have to sign security oaths. If they talk they lose their funding -- or worse.

Most of the science grants today come from uncle Sam. This is how they control the scientists.

There is zero accountability over what the black projects are developing. Even congressmen and senators who chair committees and have subpoena authority cannot get access. We only get occasional snippets.

So we learned a year or two before 9/11 that the spooks now have voice morphing technology. They can fake your mother's voice so you won't even know it's a machine. Faking cell phone calls? Piece of cake.

The remote control access was also developed secretly. It goes on and on.

What we don't know will be used to subvert democracic processes. New technology will be folded in to the covert agendas of the various intelligence agencies. Bet on it.

Actually - to enslave humans is realitivly easy and requires only minimal technology -

People, as being animals are subjective to stimuli - So give them TV - hot food - a soft dry place to sit - and the illusion of choice - and everyone is happy. They don't realize the reptile people are running the major corporations, using old magical formulae to manipulate and subserviate the populous. By ancient arcane magical principles, logos used in advertisments (starbucks logo anyone) - it binds people to it.

It's why i believe that the 9/11 happened the way it happened because the talismans on the back of the $1 bill were charged with enough negative energy to reap what was sewn.

This was all desiged with intent and purpose. It's why capitalism is the carrot-on-stick way to easily manipulate people. It's not that work isn't rewarded - but it's rewarded through monitary symbolism, and exchanged for enslavement devices which "we" consume.

It's not fancy technology that enslaves us from a darpa project - it's the arcane magic of the those that live in R'lyeh.

A Plastic Wrapper Today Could Be Fuel Tomorrow
Hiroko Masuike for The New York Times

Dr. Richard Gross at Polytechnic University in Brooklyn with bioplastic, which is made from vegetable oils.

WASHINGTON, April 8 — Scientists worldwide are struggling to make motor fuel from waste, but Richard Gross has taken an unusual approach: making a “fuel-latent plastic,” designed for conversion. It can be used like ordinary plastic, for packaging or other purposes, but when it is waste, can easily be turned into a substitute diesel fuel.

The process does not yet work well enough to be commercial, but the Pentagon was impressed enough to give $2.34 million for more research. The technique could reduce the amount of material that the military has to ship to soldiers at remote bases, because the plastic would do double duty, first as packaging and then as fuel. It would also reduce trash disposal problems, according to the Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency, known as Darpa.

Dr. Gross, a professor of chemistry at Polytechnic University, in Brooklyn, is turning plant oils, of the kind already used to make biodiesel, into “bioplastic.” The plastics can be films or rigid, as are commonly found in food packaging. Then he uses a naturally occurring enzyme to break down the plastic into fuel.

“It works in very mild conditions, lukewarm tap water,” he said. The enzyme, cutinase, is present in nature, made by parasites to eat through the shiny surfaces of tree leaves, so the parasite can suck nutrients out of the inner parts.

Yes. Look - the reptile people can sort of shapeshift in a way. It's more like a form of hypnosis - but it can be done. The word "zinnaru" is an ancient word that the reptile people can't say and breaks the hypnosis.

This battle has been going on for quite sometime. The tower of babel is sort of a symbolizing example of how the "gods" have kept man tied down. Seriously - the snake in the garden - the war with the reptilians and the atlanteans - It's all around you man - The $ sign is a snake, the whole thing on snakes hypnotizing you - hello! - it's all deep rooted in human "muscle" memory since the days of our enslavement.

By manipulating symbols, used in marketing, etc - it keeps the spell going by controlling the subcons. mind.

http://www.seiyaku.com/customs/crosses/serpent.html

The Rod of Asclepius is similar to the sign for the Greek god Hermes and its ancient astrological symbol for commerce, the Caduceus.

Another (possibly) related sign is quite surprising:

From the 15th to 19th century there was a silver German coin called a Thaler. The pronunciation of thaler changed as the coin spread throughout Europe, and in English it was known as dollar. On one type of this coin, was the imprint of a crucifix on one side and a serpent on the other side. The serpent was attached to a cross and the coin bore the inscription "NU 21", which refers to Numbers chapter 21 and the story of Moses lifting up the snake on a staff3. From this symbol we have the dollar sign "$".

Also:

From a symbol used on the Roman sestertius
That the dollar sign harks back to the most important Roman coin, the Sestertius, which had the letters 'HS' as its currency sign. When superimposed, these letters form a dollar sign with two vertical strokes (the horizontal line of the 'H' merging into the 'S'). This theory is widely discarded, in spite of the tendency of neo-classic Roman Republic influences in styles evident in other early US government designs, such as the Capitol and Senate buidings.

[edit] The two pillars in the temple of Solomon
That the two vertical lines represent the two cult pillars Boaz and Jachin in the original Temple of Solomon at Jerusalem. This is based on the theory that Masonic symbols, such as the All Seeing Eye of God, appear on U.S. currency, which they did not in 1785.

Now, if money is the root of all evil - it would be appropriate for it to be symbolized by a serpent..... So you can have those cheerios back -

There are a number of alternative origin theories, widely regarded as false:

[edit] From 'US'
That $ is a monogram of U and S, which was used as a mark on money bags issued by the United States Mint. The letters U and S superimposed resemble the historical double stroke "$" sign: the bottom of the 'U' disappears into the bottom curve of the 'S', leaving two vertical lines. This double stroke dollar sign has been used to refer to US Currency. Thus, the one stroke design may have been modified to the double stroke design to represent United States currency. This is the most likely theory. This theory was largely popularized by the novel Atlas Shrugged by author Ayn Rand.

That the 'S' represents the two hemispheres of the Earth and the || represent the Pillars of Hercules. (This theory is in a Danish book about the $ sign[citation needed].) In 1492 King Ferdinand II of Aragon put Gibraltar under the new joined rule of the Spanish throne, he adopted the symbol of the Pillars of Hercules and added the Latin phrase Nec plus ultra – meaning "and nothing further", indicating "[this is] the end of the (known) world". But as Christopher Columbus later in 1492 travelled to The Americas, the saying was changed to Plus Ultra – as there was more out there. This symbol was especially adopted by Charles V and was a part of his coat of arms as a symbol of his American possessions and riches. When the Spanish conquistadores found gold and silver in the New World, Charles V's symbol was stamped on the coins made from these metals. These coins with the Pillars of Hercules over two hemispheres (columnarios) were spread around America and Europe, and the symbol was ultimately adopted by the country that became the United States and by many of the continent's other independent nations. Later on, salesmen wrote signs that, instead of saying dollar, had this handwritten symbol, and in turn this developed to the simple S with two vertical bars.

From a sign used on the German Thaler

That it derives from the symbol used on a German Thaler. According to Ovason (2004), on one type of thaler, one side showed the crucified Christ, and the other side showed a serpent hanging from a cross, and near the serpent's head the letters NU, and on the other side of the cross the number 21. This refers to the Bible, Numbers, chapter 21.

Unit of Silver

The dollar symbol was in use in colonial times before the American Revolution. Prices were often quoted in units of silver, as the Spanish "piece of eight" was in common use for payment of goods and services. When a price was quoted the capital 'S' was used to indicate silver with a capital 'U' written on top to indicate units. Eventually, the capital 'U' was replaced by double vertical hash marks.

First cast dollar symbol

According to a plaque in the burgh of St Andrews in Scotland, UK, the first dollar symbol was cast in a type-foundry in Philadelphia in 1797 that belonged to Scottish immigrant John Baine. John Baine had lodged in a house in South Street in St Andrews with Alexander Wilson, the father of Scottish type-founding.

Robobugs set to spy for Pentagon (http://www.metro.co.uk/news/article.html?in_article_id=44914&in_page_id=34)

Tiny robot insects that mimic flying bugs are being developed by US defence chiefs to spy on enemies, it was revealed on Wednesday.

The Pentagon's Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency has sanctioned work on four 'robobugs' weighing less than 10g (0.3oz) each, and with a 7.5cm (3in) wingspan.

It is hoped to have prototypes flying in 2008.

The aim is for the bugs to carry tiny spy cameras. The bugs should be far more manoeuvrable than micro-sized conventional aircraft.

But mimicking an insect's figure-of-eight wing beat – to give optimum mid-air agility – is proving tough, New Scientist reports.

We may have seen it all before in science-fiction films. But the bionic warrior is in fact a vision of real-life warfare in the 21st century. U.S. defence chiefs hope to have their troops kitted out in the outlandish combat gear as soon as 2020.

Included in the Pentagon's Future Warrior Concept are a powerful exoskeleton, a self-camouflaging outer layer that adapts to changing environments and a helmet which translates a soldier's voice into any foreign language.

Perhaps worryingly, several of the planned enhancements seem to owe more than a little to Hollywood blockbusters such as Robocop, Aliens and Predator.

But officials are quick to point out that many of these systems are already working in prototype form, or are refinements of proven technologies.

Some of the blueprints will be unworkable without eagerly awaited advances in nanotechnology, but researchers remain confident. And perhaps with good reason.

The sheer scale of U.S. military research spending and the pace of recent advances in aircraft stealth technology and guided precision bombs are staggering.

Project specialist Jean-Louis DeGay, a former captain in 75th Ranger Regiment, said: "We're already trialling equipment and technologies that did not exist a few years ago.

"The air force has just debuted its new stun gun and five years after the concept of an exoskeleton was first discussed, we have fully functioning prototypes."

He told Soldier magazine: "Five years ago, nobody thought we'd have a portable hydrogen fuel cell, but we've got them now.

"They're functioning, and we're just trying to make them smaller. And if I'm honest, nothing speeds up the development of technology like war."

If the U.S. military's vision of the future is even half-right, Britain's armed forces will have their work cut out trying to keep up.

Even comparatively understated attempts to improve our troops' battlefield technology, such as the Bowman digital battlefield radio system, have been blighted by years of delays and embarrassing technical blunders.

That is major problem, even are closely allies are quickly losing ground to us in military technology arena. That really weakens NATO and other military alliances.

Silent subliminal presentation system (http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=6&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PTXT&s1=5,159,703&OS=5,159,703&RS=5,159,703)

Abstract
A silent communications system in which nonaural carriers, in the very low or very high audio frequency range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum, are amplitude or frequency modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones or piezoelectric transducers. The modulated carriers may be transmitted directly in real time or may be conveniently recorded and stored on mechanical, magnetic or optical media for delayed or repeated transmission to the listener.

What is claimed:

1. A silent communications system, comprising:

(a) amplitude modulated carrier means for generating signals located in non-aural portions of the audio and in the lower portion of the ultrasonic frequency spectrum said signals modulated with information to be perceived by a listener's brain and,

(b) acoustic and ultrasonic transducer means for propagating said signals, for inducement into the brain, of the listener, and,

(c) recording means for storing said modulated signals on mechanical, magnetic and optical media for delayed or repeated transmissions to the listener.

2. A silent communications system, comprising:

I know all about these DARPA people. They have this secret island pockmarked with underground bunkers where they carry out their nefarious experiments. They have a submarine. They've also invented this weird, black cloud that can turn into a polar bear or pretty much anything you think of. Sometimes it just runs through the jungle shaking the trees and making loud roars. These DARPA people even made a plane crash on the island so that they could subject the surviving passengers to their mind control agenda. I think Cheney is involved, although he seems to be invisible.

"My name is Jeanette. I lived 14 years with an alligator reptilian named Jeff Schloemer in Gages Lake, Illinois. I witnessed Jeff shift into a 6' 4'', 270 lb?, aligator headed reptile with green scales, clawed hands and feet. I am alive today because of something I realized in Jims report.... the hammer... for 7 years I slept with a hammer under my pillow when Jeff and I shared a little lake cottage. I also kept a hammer under my car seat and a hammer under my couch cushion and kept a hammer by my side when I was near Jeff. Jeff was afraid to attack or mesmerize me when I had a hammer near... I used to call it Thors magic hammer, am I on to something here? I never had to hit Jeff with the hammer, I slept with it for defense only... and the presence of the hammer kept Jeff at bay from attacking me, like an armstance."

Zantese ~ Trance-channelled by Jan Jackman (http://www.reptilianagenda.com/chan/ch110699c.html)
JON: How does the Queen feel now that the secret's out? (That she is a Draco reptilian in disguise)
ZANTESE: Which Queen?
JON: The Queen of Great Britain, this country.
ZANTESE: She feels nothing. She has a vehicle of age, and has her dignity. And she will be protected.
JON: So is the Queen a hybrid, or is she a full-blood of your kind disguised as the Queen?
ZANTESE: She's full-blood.
JON: Does the disguise take a lot of energy?
ZANTESE: Yes, but how many times have you seen her in this form she must wear? There are others too.
JON: Is Prince Charles one by any chance? ZANTESE: He is one and there are many. Some identical.

The reptilian theory is very interesting to me. It's fun, it's outlandish - and i've seen enough old texts and some information i was privileged to receive - It's enough to make me actually ponder it.

By manipulating symbols, used in marketing, etc - it keeps the spell going by controlling the subcons. mind.

That project was concluded successfully. Ask Gaffney, he still hears their echo.

http://cosmiclog.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2011/10/27/8511783-darpa-offers-50000-prize-for-reading-shredded-messages

DARPA's latest tech challenge is offering $50,000 for a task worthy of secret agents: piecing together messages that have been shredded into thousands of bits.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, the Pentagon think tank that previously brought you multimillion-dollar robo-car races and a nationwide hunt for red balloons, put five ripped-up puzzles online today to kick off its Shredder Challenge. If someone wins, and I'm betting that someone will, that would be good news and bad news for the Defense Department — and for folks like you and me.

"The goal is to identify and assess potential capabilities that could be used by our warfighters operating in war zones, but might also create vulnerabilities to sensitive information that is protected through our own shredding practices throughout the U.S. national security community," DARPA said in its contest announcement.

Here's how the contest works: Participants register via the Shredder Challenge website, and then download five bunches of files that are essentially screenshots of shredded-up documents, plus instructions. They'll have to figure out how to put the documents back together, either by using computer analysis or by matching up itty-bitty pieces of printouts. Then they'll have to send DARPA an email with scans of the completed puzzles, the answers to questions about each puzzle ... and an explanation of the reasoning process that led to the solution.

Each of the puzzles carries a point value, and an online leader board will track the scores of the top contestants. DARPA will announce the winner and the amount of the prize awarded on Dec. 5, based on the points earned as well as the time stamps for submissions.

Hundreds sign up
"We are all pretty excited about this one," Dan Kaufman, director of the Information Innovation Office, told me in an email. So are puzzle fans: Soon after the competition opened, DARPA warned in a Twitter update that, "due to interest in the Shredder Challenge, there may be a delay accessing" the puzzle website. The Web traffic jam eased once DARPA beefed up its bandwidth.

Kaufman said this afternoon that "registrations were at 240 when I last checked, and not slowing down."
