It's only a one year deal, but I remember this kid at Ohio State being very dominant. I don't know why he struggled so much at Green Bay, but I was really high on him when he came out.

Maybe he will surprise. Hope so, good size and weight...maybe he needs to drop down 10 pounds. 285 might be a little heavy.

Peterson had a very solid year in 2005 with Green Bay, his one previous season with Bates.

Writting him off as camp fodder when he's the only DL we have that has played for Bates, not to mention the fact that he was a productive sub that season, is pretty crazy. There's a very good chance Peterson finds himself in heavy rotation next year.
