The Patriots absolutely love Weddle and I've been saying for months now and he's getting or has recieved a private workout. Knew he'd go high and I knew the Patriots would be interested. They actually take football players.

Kiper just loves to stir the pot. Hope its true though, I'd love Branch at #21. I wouldn't care what we did with the rest of the draft.

Most DTs come in as inconsistant boom/bust projects. Some pan out, some don't. I'm betting Branch is a lot more likely to pan out as a productive NFL starter than not.

Branch is big, athletic man, he just needs to learn to go all out, all the time.

Kiper gets a lot more accurate leading up to the draft because he is the guy that gets the most inside scoop. Trading DOWN to get Alan Branch would be amazing. Get back the fourth rounder for someone who wants a receiver or something.
