I think that huston is going to do something for adrain peterson. they just fliped picks and threw a few second rounders to atlanta for schuab. so it wouldnt suprise me if they are looking to deal car and pick 10(from atlanta) to move up to get Peterson

Or is Atlanta going to stockpile picks for 2008 so they can move up and take Brohm (if Vick fails this season). Do not rule that out. This could be the master plan. The new coach would probably want Brohm instead of Schaub anyway.

One trade idea I kind of like for the Broncos is trading our #21 and #56 picks to the Bears for #31 and #37. The picks are nearly even on the trade value chart, we give up only a 10 point difference, which can easily be fixed with a late rounder. I think the Bears may want to do this if Greg Olsen is there at #21. I like it for us because I think there are going to be a lot a quality players in those 30's picks. I would like us take take a safety at #31, either Michael Griffin or Brandon Merriweather. Then the best available DE with #37, which could be a guy like Anthony Spencer. We then still have #70 and #85 on the first day to get some quality guys. Personally I'd like to see us take DT Marcus Thomas and OT Doug Free with those picks.
I feel this gives us a strong draft where we can better cover our 4 biggest needs with 4 high quality. I feel there is definitely a dropoff between the early 2nd round and our #56 pick at positions like S and DE. I feel there is less of a drop off between those two positions between the #21 and #31 picks. So we get better quality without having to give up one of those extra first day picks we have. I could actually see this happening if Greg Olsen or another guy Chicago likes is there at #21.

I agree with NFLBronco. Assuming the Raiders don't take Calvin Johnson, I could see Atlanta packaging their #8, #39, and #44 picks to move up to #2 and pick him up. They finally get a legit WR to team with Vick. While Detroit's draft day would be downright unfair. They remain in the top 8 overall picks and would have 3 of the first 12 picks in round 2!

Would that make Matt Millen look smart?

My prediction for the Broncos are that we do not trade up to the #6 or the #2, or anything that far up. The reality is that it will just cost too much.
I have a feeling that if we move up, we maybe just offer one of our 3rd rounders and go between the 15th and 17th pick. There may be a good group of DL available in that range. OTOH, it wouldn't surprise me to just stay at #21.
My other prediction is that for the first year in a long time, he shocks us all, and Shanny uses his first pick to address the DL. In fact, I predict that at least two of the four first day picks are DL; one DE and one DT.

Denver sends their late 3rd to Pittsburg to swap picks in the first (15 and 21).
Carolina sends their 2nd to swap picks in the first with Miami (9th and 14th).
Chicago sends picks 31 and 37 to the Giants for pick 20.
Detroit sends #2 overall and their 3rd to Arizona for #5 and the Cards 2nd round pick. The Cards are serious about landing Thomas!
Well of course it is like trying to pick the number of jelly beans in a big fish bowl but I like Carmelo15's guess;

This would give us the best possible draft IMO

I wouldn't be suprised to see Lynch get taken before the Packers, and then they subsequently trade down.
